Let’s be real, if a female actor or even a male actor with a smaller fanbase had openly admitted to lying through their teeth just to keep their projects afloat, people would’ve torn them apart without mercy. But when it’s their precious fave? Suddenly, morals go out the window.

Yep, I mostly watch dramas for their female leads. There are a handful of male actors whose performances I actually enjoy, but the majority fall into the "can't act to save their lives" category—including LMH, PSJ, and Cha Eun Woo. Don’t get me wrong, all three are ridiculously good-looking, and I won’t deny that. But not once have I found their acting impressive, even though they've starred in some of the most iconic dramas. I’d happily rewatch *BoF*, *What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim*, or *True Beauty* any day—but trust me, it would never be for the male leads.

I had never watched *My Love from Another Star* because I already knew his dramas weren’t my thing, but I had thought of giving it a shot in 2025. Guess that’s one show getting permanently deleted from my watchlist. And same, girl, same—I only watched *QoT* for Jiwon. Even people who never touched a K-drama hopped on the hype train just for her. The outfits, the chaebol energy—everything was on point. So if any KSH fan tries to tell me *QoT* was a hit because of him, they better thank their lucky stars that I have better things to do than knock some sense into them.

I've told his fans countless times, and here I am repeating it for the nth time—Korean celebrities frequently deny their relationships (just look at Hyun Bin & Son Ye Jin, the now-divorced Song-Song couple, etc.), even when they're actively dating or have briefly dated in the past. But none of them go as far as making the other person seem crazy or delusional. Star oppa's agency? They went all in. They had *zero* reason to say it was "unfounded" or that they "didn’t know her intentions." If I recall correctly, she had already deleted the post within a minute—so all they had to do was issue a simple statement saying the photo was misinterpreted or posted by mistake. But nope, they threw her straight to the wolves, despite her having been part of their agency before. Just goes to show—the only *star* they actually care about is Kim oppa from another star.

Sad. But you can always watch the show for Jun Ji Hyun only. Skip all his scenes. Funny I did that during the airing of QoT since I disliked his acting from the very first drunk crying scene. No wonder I have no proper memories of QoT's ML

People are absolutely delusional over his downright unattractive looks. Let’s be real—it’s never been about his acting skills. Every single one of his shows was carried on the back of his female leads—Kim Ji-won, Seo Ye-ji, Jun Ji-hyun, and the list goes on. Even *Real*, a massive flop, only climbed the Netflix charts because people wanted to see firsthand how that clown and his cousin wronged Sulli.

I’ve witnessed the entire spectacle: fans circulating that kitchen photo, romanticizing the video of him eating food cooked by Sae Ron, and gushing over how he's their 'ideal boyfriend.' Yet, the same people are now slut-shaming Sae Ron, her mother, her close family acquaintance, and even her actual friends who had the courage to speak up on her behalf. Their narrative is not only inconsistent but hypocritical.

If you're talking about Ryu Jun Yeol, I couldn’t agree more. Every time I see one of these stunning actresses with someone who doesn’t exactly match their level, I at least hope the guy has a great personality. But after last year’s mess, it’s clear this guy doesn’t even have that. Left Hyeri, got into a relationship with Sohee, then bailed on both when they were busy proving to the media that neither of them caused the breakup.

I’ve disliked him ever since he threw Sohee to the wolves—letting her take the heat while he stayed silent, never once stepping up to justify his actions or defend her when *he* was the one who two-timed them (if that’s what actually happened). And even if he didn’t cheat, the way he handled Hyeri—leading her to believe there was still a chance—was straight-up disrespectful. If the relationship was over, she at least deserved a clean break, not this shady, messy aftermath. (PS: He might be a good actor—I wouldn't know, since I only watched The 8 Show for Chun Woo-Hee—but one thing I can judge? His personality, which is absolute trash.)
