There is only so far they can reach in smearing her. Yes, they will do their best to portray her as unstable,…
They're about to take things even further. There's literally an article stating, 'KSH is planning to issue a sincere apology soon, while his crisis management team continues digging into more of Sae Ron’s past activities.'

That too, but most brands typically hire the most reputable and high-profile actors. Given that he was the highest-paid actor and saw a massive popularity boost after Queen of Tears, there’s no way they’d drop him without a solid reason.

Of course, KSR's side has dirt on him—there's no other reason he'd be losing brand deals left and right. Big brands don’t just drop an actor of his stature unless his side failed to give them a convincing response. Some might argue it's purely due to public backlash, but let’s be real—he still has plenty of supporters across various platforms. If there wasn’t something serious behind the scenes, brands wouldn’t risk cutting ties so quickly.

I only watched the first episode until the scene where he said something like it wasn't his fault to be born cute.…
Ugh, I totally get that. That scene was so off-putting. Like, being tipsy is one thing, but acting that full of himself while expecting it to be endearing? Nope. It just came off as cringy and self-absorbed. I don’t blame you for dropping it right there!

I thought his character in queen of tears was shit anyway. The moment the male lead got happy when the female…
Exactly. But I’d mostly blame the writing for that. I watched the show a year ago, so I don’t remember every detail, but the general plot was about the leads being emotionally estranged, the female lead getting cancer, her obsessive childhood friend returning (who also happened to be her step-grandmother’s son), and a bunch of other convoluted drama. The story had so much potential—it could have worked as a romcom, a melodrama, or even a heartfelt redemption arc. But instead, they went for the overly cinematic route of her nearly dying, needing treatment abroad, and somehow rekindling their bond during that time. Even back then, it felt forced and over the top to me.

That was the biggest issue with the show. I don’t get why people labeled it as a romance when the main leads were so emotionally disconnected that the male lead was actually relieved she was dying. While the show did highlight marital abuse—both through the wife's coldness and her family's treatment—that was the whole point. If they had focused on that, I would have much preferred a story about second chances at love or genuine growth, rather than all the unnecessary drama.

A lot of "neutral" people are like "Where was her family?" But what about his family? Who raised such a piece…
The problem is that no matter what a son does, society always finds a way to blame the daughter's family. This is exactly why the focus should be on educating sons rather than just protecting daughters.

After seeing the most recent pictures, I am already imagining the distress and tears of his fans and that fraud…
Just saw Kim Soo Hyun’s semi-naked pic released by Garo Sero, and the reactions are insane. Fans aren’t just defending him—they’re actually calling it ‘sweet’ that he did her dishes. Like, please snap out of this delusion. Doing the bare minimum doesn’t erase the fact that he’s not a good guy 😭.

That’s the point. Some of his blind defenders are still in denial of all of it.

Sahi baat yaar. Aur fact toh yeh hai ki woh chomu humre desh ka hai bhi nahi, lekin phir bhi hum sab uske downfall ke towards contribute kar rahe hai, baaki gadhe defenders ko call out kar rahe hai, lekin isme bhi problem dikh rahi hai unhe. They hate us but can't ignore us 😎

Exactly. Some Indians behaving problematically doesn’t justify others using it as an excuse to be blatantly racist.

You’re absolutely right, and it’s beyond frustrating to see this blind obsession. The fact that they’d rather defend a predator than acknowledge the evidence just shows how deep their delusion runs. And the hypocrisy is insane—if this were a Bollywood actor, they’d be the first to cancel him. It’s honestly embarrassing how some people in our country will go to any lengths to defend everything Korean and Japanese, even when those cultures openly look down on us. You did the right thing by calling them out.

They have no problem calling out men’s faults—until it’s their favorite Korean men being exposed as the abusers.

Yep, oppa worshippers still can’t bring themselves to admit—even once—that they might be defending a pedophile.

Trust me, I think I lost a few brain cells just trying to get them to stop defending him. One girl kept insisting that Sae Ron was a ‘bitch’ who must have liked Soo Hyun first, claiming she was just bitter about being dumped and wanted his attention. It was beyond sick.

When I pointed out how disturbing it was for someone from a country that worships goddesses like Lakshmi, Saraswati, Kali, and Parvati to speak this way about a victim, she still kept defending him. In the end, I just had to ignore her comments because it was pointless. But the worst part? The sheer number of likes those comments had, along with even more people in the replies saying similar things. Some were even proudly declaring that Indian fans would attack anyone who dared to call out their oppa. And that’s exactly why I said *some* women—because unfortunately, this mentality is very real.

No. I am not referring just to her post. There are oppa fans in India too. I fought with atleast 3 such namoone on Instagram.
