depends of what yours expectations are and obviously of the amount of joy this drama gives to you. It is a pure romance, a love story. They didnt dilute it with unnecessary subplots (in order to make it more attractive or to give more screen time to other actors). They chose to enrich the story line with many cute and unexpected details (beginning with name of chapters which are song names and they reflect Sang Zhi's feelings, with the pattern of the slippers he bought for her, his car nr which is translated as "Sang Zhi I love you", songs they listen in car etc) It is well written, chars were perfectly cast, good directing, good post production, good osts, good acting and great chemistry, beautiful/cool clothes etc. All made HL to become the comfort drama of so many ppl.

In the end is a matter of taste. I also cant finish several dramas about which many ppl said they are ok, dropped or keep them on-hold...or delay to start watching them. But I love HL, it brought me so much joy this summer. I am happy to see it is one of ppl fav last year and it's still doing great You know a drama is good, enjoyable when the amount of ppl who liked it is huge (nr of comments, nr of views) and this one really has tones of good comm on all platforms

It's not like I dont understand the problem or being unsensitive, but they are 2 diff persons. I dont understand the transfer of feelings from a person to another knowing the second one is purely innocent.
