the kissing scene 😭😭😭 with an actor like jaewook such waste of a kiss 😭😭i'm sorry this is me talking as a fangirl of his... but even as just a regular watcher the kissing scene isn't that great because we don't feel any attraction between them like... i honestly can't understand why taeoh likes hyewon, these flash backs are enough to support the romance between them. i really dislike hyewon, heejoo and the mother too, actually all the female characters are mean.... i have no more arguments for this... but i want to add that from episode 2 to 4 i forgot how much of a bully and psycho inha is because he became friends or associated with taeoh, but i remember now... i'll open my eyes wide from now on
First things first, what i was thinking while watching this drama was that Lee Jun Young has such an evil face,…
i'm annoyed at this aspect of kdramas, bromance broken by a common love interest, like come oooon! of all people?? the number of times kdramas do this?! it's not realistic 🥲
Are you talking about Kyera not being vengeful because she did literally say that Hyun helped her survive as a…
wow first of all thanks for writing all that! that 1st paragraph helped me understand better. it make sense, that's why he didn't tell them that he's the grand prince. i guess i was not paying enough attention, i didn't expect the king to die like that so a i felt a bit unfulfilled 😅 but you're right the story is more interesting this way i completely agree.
thanks for taking the time to explain. it actually gives me the opportunity to think about why i felt that way. (sometimes commenting here is scary)

yeah i know, maybe i'm just being annoying i just think that planning for a revenge and then redirect it into supporting someone you love save a country, in the shadows (not even directly, as the queen). idk the intensity of one situation to another seems off, i wished they had descalated smooth idk if i'm making sense 😐
idk if it's because it's based of a webtoon but there's tons of gaps in this drama. fl is a support character for ml, idk if they want us to hate akhee but tht's my boy, sajo hyun is boring (there should be more to him with all that trauma), the queen and sajo hyung make sense and i think they fit perfectly, and i like how fickle chung ta is bc of the dupla personality, but what about the revenge, we'd know more about her if they had explained properly why she gave up whatever she was planning to do after revenge but we know nothing. i'm not completely bashing this drama though, i want to see how they'll tie all the knots
The only clip that I liked was Ak Hee trying to expose the shaman. I like that he was trying to look out for himself…
yeah the best bit of the episode. imo old kingdom dramas should always go foward because of some scheme, that's what moves the plot, it doesn't have to be political just a plan to turn the table, make the tug-of-war more interesting. here that was the only scheme/plan/prevention, the rest was just scenes idk it didn't have a major clue that we know about but they don't. yeah... omg! we aren't "in" on anything here. we didn't know they stole the book, that Ta Nya shaman sending the report, that Sajo Hyun had woken up at the end (or that he would get up so soon). we just react at the same time as them. there's no layers to this... uhm 🤔 i had never realized that until this very moment 😅 sorry to ramble like that 😂
it's annoying how this drama is going 🙄 like how can you present us the same thing again? i'll finish this because the actors are working hard and the starting plot is good but i'm dissatisfied
i just watched because of the BL scene with Rowoon 🤧 i thought they at least would show us koo yeonjun's life ater the change... i guess they both ended up dead 😭😭
i guess i was not paying enough attention, i didn't expect the king to die like that so a i felt a bit unfulfilled 😅
