Wait a minute, I just remembered something. Why was the Iron family arrested, and what are the charges against…
they are shown to have a public trial in the preview of ep 35, so i'm guessing the court won't rule in their favour either way. Everyone will just be miserable and it will get kinda tragic-comical again until something else happens or time passes. It's so ridiculous that i am flabbergasted but at the same time i'm curious to know what's happening lol
As if he ever tried to explain his feelings to her. She knows NOTHING about DaRim except that she turned him into…
oh you speak the truth, my friend. Her character in this other drama i watched Family by Choice was also similar: hysterical, childish, selfish, ignorant and unconsiderate. Also very very toxic. She fits this type of character so well that it makes me dislike the sight of her face sheesh. She was a bad mother there too abandoning her son, blaming her son for her daughter's accidental death and also traumatising her new kid with the same shit all over again. Jeez, why it's like she teleported from one kdrama to another?? Parallel universe what?? Lmao
why am I just finding out that she’s married and has a son
bruh this is me rn cus i was looking at Choi Tae Joon's bio on Viki and when i scrolled down it showed her as "spouse" and i am now here as flabbergasted as you mus tha been?? Like i know PSH since Heartstrings ffs!! Jeez, how time flies by....
Ok so ep 30 was very frustrating. I kept skipping the overlymelancholic scenes & the cringe emotional waiting breaks. Like get on with the action already. How tf half of thr characters are so damn dense yo?? It's not even the miscommucation trope, they are all just dumbheads... all "adults" are so selfish & bratty, whereas the rest of the "kids" put their heads together and solved the problem. I really really disliked Mu Rim's character from the beginning. Yes, even more than Tae Woong. He's so stuck up & inflexible, an insensitive jerk who legit arrested his own mother with no explanations?? I don't care abt his professionalism as a P.O., none of them are that "career driven" or whatever, and it's not a business type of drama either. He's just so dramatic & bratty. Like ffs dude, grow up... ML/Kang Joo is more mature & reliable in these aspects than the other male characters. U cannot change my mind... Mu Rim, you obnoxious prick!!! 😤
Family by choice - I am not surprised it dropped in ratings. I stopped watching it after episode 12. I didn’t…
I agree with you friend. I didn't quite like the idea of her coupling up with one of her brothers either.... Like can't she just find another guy?? Also whyy Dal & Haejun are like that ugh?? I don't understand the logistics of the romance part, but I feel the family drama part is realistic.
Bruh, i am absolutely gagged!! How the hell is Lee Dong Wook fking 42 and doing all these stunts? Nevermind that, he is SOOOO good in roles like this as "psycho killer". If you haven't watched his other short k-drama Strangers From Hell, I BEG, please go watch!! Bro is not made for romance stuff fr ( re to Tale of the Nine Tales, that FL annoyed me...). BUT GODDAMN IT LDW YOU DID IT AGAIN BRUH!! This is literally as if you combined Descendants of the sun + Vicenzo + Mouse/Stranger. I'll literally implode if they don't make s2!! RAAAHHHH!!
It felt like going back to youth,at this point I want to go back to that teen, the school days, which I wasted…
No day is wasted as long as you lived and smiled! Nostalgia for your youth/teens is real. But there are more beautiful moments to come too and when you'll have the time, you'll look back on those too and smile. Good luck in the future! - From a fellow nostalgic human
Oh, I deffo agree with the part on Our beloved summer. I loved the idea of it, tried several times to keep watching it but I just couldn't. The characters were annoying. it just made me curse out loud. The webtoon seems a bit better, but at this point I lost my interest in the story. So RIP OBS, hope there are people there who like you.
Half smiling, half sobbing here after I just finished it. For sure I will add this to my comfort k-drama list along with the Reply series and others like this. If you just finished this one and miss the nostalgia feeling and coming of age theme, I recommend When I Fly Towards You. Similar Chinese drama with highschoolers and their lives together as a group of friends. Viva la Vida, everyone! :)
Oh damn, I just finished this. I cringed sooo much in the first few eps. I just watched for Dori Sakurada but even his character was unbearable. It's giving "strong alpha rich CEO grooms little innocent & clueless virgin Mary" and it's kinda... not ok. Like how do people even find this romantic?? It's really icky. He does all these show off shit, legit grabs & touches her without consent, INSISTS on being "her first and last" and she doesn't even ponder it twice?? Like girl, if someone wants to do all that to you, you just slap him and run. But she considers herself "lucky enough" to be his gf? Gaaahhh, someone stab my eyes, i'm pulling a Van Gogh real quick too. Anyway, watch or not watch, you decide what u do with ur time. I declare mine wasted on this. Ah, the only interesting plotwist was when the male secretary almost confessed to his boss and his boss hugged him as reward for protecting his woman? Weird, but BL approved lol
I wanna watch this but the comments don't seem very encouraging. It reminds me of the book Never let me go by Kazuo Ishiguro which has a very very similar synopsis. Is ti based on the actual book or this is something completely unrelated? I hated that book but I cannot deny it was a good one. Not a fan of SF genre, but willing to give it a try.
