I started reading the webtoon before this drama came out and I liked it. However, I got discouraged at 2/3 of it because there were way too many chapters and skipped to the end. I was satisfied with the ending. A few months later, the drama aired and I left it in my plan to watch list until now. It was a delightful mess. It's really great. Just underrated.

The doctor's patience is on another level, having to explain/repeat the same thing multiple times. I guess doctors go through special training to handle patients' families.
