Tastefully Fun, Until Overdone

I enjoyed this fun, fresh take on an old story as I don't watch a lot of food based dramas. The acting was good, and the story was nice with a good balance of action, and comedy in the beginning. For the most part this is an enjoyable watching experience, however, I really didn't enjoy the final 2 episodes. The final episodes felt like they strayed from the original story line, music scores, fun, quirky parts. Charming with a lil bit of Magic

I'm enjoying this light & fun series. It is short and sweet and has good story building based on the length of the episodes which are fairly short. I like the slow burn nature between the leads, as it is true to the solo and alone for ever and ever then all of a sudden there is hope again. The character misunderstandings are funny - who likes whom - so there isn't any melodrama and it is purely entertaining. There could be a little more zest but that being said, I like how the director is playing with the concept of attraction! A cute show, nothing too deep and I give it a thumbs up and a giggle.

Ding Ding

Once and a while a BL will really capture a unique vibe. This series had me from the get go and I legitimately press play so fast when I see another episode has been released! I love every second of every episode and it always leaves me feeling punked because I want MORE. Some may not enjoy this as much as I do but it is super quirky and has just enough shadow aspects, nervousness and adventure to keep me well entertained. I enjoy both leads acting, performance and feel that they work really well together. The episodes are short...the series is short, so have a watch and have some angsty fun!

Timeless Journey Through Stark Reality

I just completed this series, as it kept popping up in threads as one to watch! I enjoyed it and agree with those who describe it as a breath of fresh air. This production is unlike others in that it takes all the necessary ingredients for a show or story and then tosses them into the air and everyone gets to discover where they all land. In my opinion the story line does falter a little mid series but it isn't enough to deter you from completing and then it is worth completing. I can see why some may dislike it as it isn't linear in its overall intent for the viewer. The story is about the lessons, not the ending. So much like other journeys in life, it isn't about the end result but everything gathered all along the way! Check it out, especially if you need a break from the same old story line and or one track plots. This plot isn't necessarily original but it is more original than many others and is unique in its execution.

So I Forced Myself to Finish Watching

This series isn't without its funny moments and I managed to watch in utter boredom until the end because the characters do grow on you. I found our FL's character to be flat, and restricted. I think partially due to casting as she seemed to hold back just a little too much. I found the the ML's character had the arc whereas the FL did not have one. The ML actor held up most of the show for me and even then it was like I could tell he was tired. The overall show drags way too much and is really dull for the amount of time invested. They could have developed the supporting characters more, had more fun moments, especially flirting between the leads. I feel like there was nothing. The pushover character is just mirroring how you will feel as a viewer after watching LOL maybe best to just move along and find something else.

Exciting Adventure!

I am really enjoying this series so far. The cast has amazing chemistry, and from the get-go, we have a feeling of camaraderie and side character development which I love. The storyline is unique, and I am curious as to how the plot will unfold. We already have multiple plotlines going within the first 2 episodes. The Leads have stellar chemistry and I love their flirting, and character development. The production is fantastic, we have amazing settings, and multiple locations so far and it is just hitting the spot for an overall excellent series! I love that we have a fantasy, folklore element as well because it adds mystery to the show!

Rooted in The Depth of Emotions

This has to be one of the most deeply romantic series that I have seen in a long time. It is really well paced, and there is a beautiful amount of time lent for story development and the development of multiple character's with varying backgrounds. We get full development of how our main character's lives interconnect and how they get to know one another. I really appreciate the emotional depth because the Director and Team are tackling intricate topics such as judgement, war, journalism, integrity, judgement, gossip, and cyber bullying. It is very poetic, and engaging with a nostalgic romance, one with the fusion of naive innocence and shared trauma of horrific conflict conditions. As a C-Drama it is tackling the taboo of mental health and showcasing how important it is to support each other in healing. I've seen some low ratings which have skewed the overall average some saying they have seen the entire series when only 14 episodes have been released...so be wary of those rating this incredibly low. It is at minimum a 7 and only if you are the type of viewer who doesn't appreciate the well developed back story and prefers fast action based story telling. There is fine attention to detail and so this is a very artistic series and I am really hoping that we as the viewer get to heal a long with our characters because it is quite heavy and plucks the heart strings with force. I am enjoying our actors and seeing them in a more diverse emotional landscape! Check it out - especially if you are a die hard romantic. This is looking to be an epic romance if it doesn't tank at the end.
