While such comments don't directly tell you the sad /open ending, it does indicate it, because if it had a happy ending, they wouldn't be writing it in the first place. So it's a spoiler.
At first I was like "oh no an insecure FL who is gonna be cringy and awkward," but then she suddenly opened up and I was like WTF??? She turned out the be talkative, easy going and what I loved the most is the scene where she tripped on Kazuo. I thought it will be a scene of her awkwardly dealing with the situation but she handled it so well that I was surprised.
This show is very underrated. Don't drop in the first minutes. At least complete the first episode. You will love it.
I'm 6 episodes in and there is literally no chemistry between Ji Min and Ha Neul. They feel so fake and cliche, like they don't convince me that they love each other. It feels forced. As if they are robots. So stiff and all. Maybe it's the acting?
I still don't understand how k-drama writers think it's possible for a man and woman to be friends while both being straight. Especially friends who act close like a couple to a point they hug and touch each other. Such a thing is not possible.
The first 3 minutes already had too many cliche and cringe scenes, but when she spilled her drink and the guy said to her "are you okay?" as if she had spilled lava on her, that was my straw to drop this cancer drama.
