So I finished watching up to date (to episode 13) and MAJOR SPOILER AHEAD: After investigation by the two leads, it turns out the bus driver and the lady killer are husband and wife. They're relationship isn't that good, ofc, as the people who knew them said the bus driver always listened to the wife even if he didn't want to do what she wanted. Anyways. Down below will be the reason why they chose to bomb the bus (read at your own risk) After getting off the bus to sort out thoughts, the leads watch as it explodes from afar, the one time where no police or anyone interferes with when it explodes. They find out that it explodes at 1:45 pm, on the bus. (this imformation is important later) After a long loop and investigation, they find out that the bus driver and the lady killer have a daughter. However, she passed away five years ago. The reason of her passing was a car accident. At that time, the daughter was on a bus (bus 45, the one our leads are on rn) and it was crossing a bridge. Because of unknown reasons, she yelled and cried to get off the bus in the middle of the bridge, pushing and pulling the bus driver. The current bus driver at that time, with no choice, opens the door for her to get off. The moment she takes a step off the bus, a large truck comes by and hits her, causing her death on the 11th of febuary (i think? I forgot the month but it was the same month the current loop is in) at 1:45 pm. Anyways, coincedence that the bus exploded at the exact time of the daughters death, at the exact place on the bridge??? Hmmmmm maybe not. So, next loop. The two leads spent their last loop investigating and all that. Anyways, this loop they start their plan. The ml calls the old police officer (Zhang officer, the guy who was the only one who kinda believed in the time loop and listened to fl the time when fl was in hospital) and then sends him a picture of the lady killer and informs him that the bus has a bomb, which will explode at 1:45. The police at sent out and they follow the bus all the way to the bridge (this wasn't originally their plan, had to improvise when their original one was messed up). Meanwhile, on the bus, the male lead and a few helpers gets a hold of the lady killer while the female lead once again tries to persuade the driver to open the door, now that she knew that they only did this to "reunite" with their daughter (crazy ppl). Anyways, it doesn't work, so once again the ml breaks the window and gives the bomb to Zhang officer. He takes it and throws it off the bridge, in the process getting severely burnt. HEAVY SPOILER: The lady killer and husband are arrested and Zhang officer is rushed to the hospital. While the culprits refuse to say anything, the leads are treated for minor injuries and Zhang officer is in the emergency room. Sadly (I almost cried wtf why) he does not survive. The leads think this is the last loop cuz they saved the busload of ppl, and start mourning. After this, we are shown something from five years ago (when the culprits daughter died). I skipped this part cuz I was too sad about the death of Zhang police lol. Anyways, ep 13 ends with a scene of the two culprits from five years ago walking on a bridge after informed of their daughter's death. THATS IT (im crying why zhang has to die I can only hope that they loop again which I think they will cuz: 1) the ml in this loop said his body gets worse and worse evry time it loops (this time he had a nosebleed, scaring the fl half to death) 2) two more episodes left, I'm not sure how they would fill it in if there isn't another loop 3) ZHANG OFFICER CAN'T DIE PLEASE I BEG HE WAS SO NICE (kinda) OK thats it for the recap have fun watching!!

This eventually fails as the bomb lady finds it suspicious and bam they die. Back to the bus again. they realize telling everyone may not work, so this time they only go tell a few people. After telling one particular guy (i think they told him cuz he was the only one who wanted to save them when they were being stabbed in previous loops) and the cat boy (he told them his name that only he knows of in previous loops so he believed them when they told him about his name and stuff). Anyways, they also tell the bus driver to pull to a stop on the bridge (this way they can get the bomb out the car and throw it in the water below). Everything is set. Once they get into action, the three men (male lead and two helpers) take the woman and secure her down so she can't grab a knife or pull the trigger on the bomb. the female lead runs towards the driver and asks him to stop the bus, which he does. However, he doesn't open the door. Now they can't get the bomb off the bus. After quite a few struggles, the male lead takes some emergency hammer and bangs on the window to break it, but bam the bomb explodes. The next scene is a memory of the female lead. Basically one day before, she went on the same bus with the same driver, and her wallet was stolen. the driver helps her get her wallet back and does all that kind stuff. Now, back to the loop. Again. This time the female lead gets up before the male lead and walks straight to the driver. She asks him why he did that. Why is he the lady bomber's accomplice. which him was real (the kind guy who helped fl get her wallet or the one about to kill the busload of ppl) After getting upset and being too loud, the lady killer talks and asks the driver who the female lead was. After a few more shouts from the lady killer she smiles this terrifying smile and makes the bus explode. this time, its the perspective of the driver. The bus is pulling to the stop where the lady killer gets on. The driver clearly knows she holds a bomb and lets her in, his face distressed and anxious, full of sweat. the lady killer smiles and walks to the back of the bus. -End of episode 9 and 10- :) (goddammit bus driver)

Right after they get off, the female lead calls the police and tells them about the bomb, irritating the male lead. they have an argument cuz: 1) The male lead thinks that there is no more need to call the police. They have gotten off at a normal stop, so if she didn't call the police, they wouldn't be suspected at all but now that she did, they will be questioned. (i think he's like this cuz he hates the interrogation room and needs a break) 2) the female lead thinks they should save the people on the bus. So, yeah. The police make it in time, only to have one of the colleauges killed as the bomb explodes (Jiang was his name, the young guy who was very serious and didn't believe the leads) Because of this, the female lead feels guilty (because if she didn't call, he wouldn't die.) They are brought to interrogation room, fall asleep, and the loop starts again. After making up on the bus, they decide to check the black man's bag. Had to do quite a bit of acting, failed twice. First time, realized he had some sort of sickness. On the second time, they see him reach into his bag right before the bomb explodes. On the third time, they decide to stop him before he gets on the bus. they succeed, only to realize that the thing inside his bag was a little kitty. After this, the three go through some talking and all, and the guy in black trusts that they been in a loop (he's an anime maniac or soemthing so yeah) However, a little while later cuz of the guy in black's mother, they are interrogated once more. Now that guy in black is removed from suspect list, the guy that has a brown sack, one with a suit case and a lady with a red bag are left (the lady with medicine all the time is removed cuz she only has medicine thats all). they decide to check the guy with brown sack. After a few more loops, they realize he is only carrying watermelons with him. Sadly, the male lead had to stomp on it to confirm, crushing all the watermelons. The female lead who met up with this watermelon guy's son has a heartwarming talk with him (I cried haha) and while they do that, the bus explodes. (damn you, explosion) Two more suspects. The leads go for the lady with a red bag cuz a suitcase is hard to open. However, they fail, but while doing that something happens and the man with suitcase opens it. The two leads watch as he goes through it and nothing special is in it. The bus explodes again (idk actually, i just know they go on the loop again, they mightve just fallen asleep) Now, they know its the lady who's the culprit (she gives me the creeps) Once they wake up again, the male lead pushes the female lead off the bus once they get to the normal bus stop and swings forward and grabs the red sack. He confirms that it has the bomb right before the bus explodes again. (damn you red sack lady I really hate you) Now that they are one hundred percent sure, the leads try to find a way to stop the lady. However. Usually each time they loop back, its earlier by a minute or two than before, but this time its the same time. So, they think this may be the last loop. As they lunge for the explosive thing, the lady takes out a knife and stabs the male lead, throwing him onto the floor. The female lead who was trying to dispose of the bomb, is grabbed as well and stabbed in the neck (the male lead who's on the ground is still trying to save our female lead I cried its so sad and scary I really really hate you lady) And they both die cuz the bomb explodes again. To their surprise, they come back. This time the female lead goes for the bomb (and after quite a lot of fighting) she succeeds. However, the male lead who was protecting her is now holding onto the lady killer's hand as she has a knife in it that his pointing to him. with his strength, he is trying to stop it, only to flip it around and stab her, making people yell that he is a killer. after throwing away the knife, he takes the female lead and they walk away from the bus, which explodes seconds later (cuz the damn lady killer) THATS THE END SO FAR The guy in black was on that bus toooo and now he's dead I liked him so much :( (i hope they loop again) WOW THAT WAS LONG SRY LOL
well, I guess if you count murder by stabbing and exploding as dark, then this is quite dark especially since the leads go into a loop and experience death multiple times. Episode 8 gets really interesting and dark as the culprit is revealed (and more deaths to come)
