I think it's because to a certain degree kindness is kindness (as in a person doing good to those around them)…
I can give an example of a situation. Mc (when young) in the drama Stairway to heaven (I have big issues with that drama btw) she lives with her dad's new wife and is bullied but whenever her dad calls to ask how she's doikg she always tells him that she is alright because she doesn't want ro worry him. Heck, is that love? In my opinion it is just selfsacrifice and stupidity. Am i supposed to feel proud of her for enduring bullying and other stuff for her dad? Is her dad really that weak and stupid that he wpuld hesitate whwther to believe her or not and would he actually pick his stupid bully wife over his daughter. Mc is like 'oh no i cant bother him....' lady....he is your dad he shold know if you are being bullied or not. If he cant handle the situation and actually picks his wife then he deserves the worst dad of the year award. And she is stupidly kind
I think a fundamental problem is that people fail to see that strength can be exhibited in more than one way.…
I think it's because to a certain degree kindness is kindness (as in a person doing good to those around them) but if kindness reaches a certain level then it becomes almost "stupidity" like when you're overly kind to those who are being very mean to you, it just makes you look stupid with no self respect and that can be seen as being weak, as in, not being able to step up and defend yourself. But there is a clear line between that. Sometimes, some female leads do cross that line and their kindness is almost seen as stupidity.
I feel like the story is moving a bit too quickly. Sure refreshing compared to other slower dramas but we are getting a love confession in ep 4....that is bit too quick i'm curious about the time plot though so i will keep watching.
Can i watch this and get everything even if i havent watched NIF 1?
Technically yes but to understand eeeverything and get the details and the "aha" - moments I would suggest to watch NIF1 first but it's not a must. NIF1 is just as good as NIF2 if not even better so I do think you should check them both out. The order doesn't really matter xP
Maybe it's just me but the entire plot about Woo Do Hwan being the 'greatest seducer' doesn't really make sense. He was never a player-type of character. Se joo fits that better. I Always felt like Shi Hyun was more of those 'overly nice guys' who got missunderstood for flirting because he cares about girls. The entire bet that he should seduce Tae Hee just felt so out of place and weird....and then oh the drama when they fell in love lolz....I don't see what Soo Ji would gain from all of this. Sure she wanted to break Tae Hee's heart and she never imagined Shi Hyun to actually fall for her but...why would you ask the guy you "like" to seduce another woman? She was doing herself an unfavor and now that Shi Hyun and Tae Hee are in love it just makes no sense at all. I also feel like the drama is just dramatic for the sake of being dramatic. I do feel sorry for a lot of characters but I feel like they just created more drama out of nowhere by overreacting to certain things. I still love the acting and I'm a huge fan of Woo Do Hwan, but this plot just doesn't make much sense -.-* He is a very interesting character but I would never say Shi Hyun is a great seducer. If anything he is a cute idiot who fell into his own trap of seduction.
Everything was amazing besides the romance...lolz that moment when you ship the main guy with a woman who is 20 years older than him xD they had more chemistry.
NIF1 is just as good as NIF2 if not even better so I do think you should check them both out. The order doesn't really matter xP
