The second episodr was a bit all over the place however I liked it a lot. Like you guys pointed out below the story is very unpredictable and ep 2 gave room for a lot of possibilities. Did anyone get the ending though? Can the grim reaper take people's identities? He was clearly not Detective Han at the end. Also, the time skip with Detective Han escaping the hospital and appearing in front of the grim reaper at the end confused me a bit. Any theories?
Can I just say that I'm glad the second main lead got the girl? We don't see that often in dramaland. Also, while there were some details about the last episode that felt a bit odd, I really liked the ending. In the end Won loved San and Rin equally and got to be with both of them as friends in the end. To me, San Always loved Rin as a man. Due to the lack of kiss-scenes it was a bit hard to tell whom she prefered but I Always had a gut feeling that she loved Rin the most, especially since he had the courage to confess to her and all. He was also the "masked guy" who saved her a few times so it was hinted that he would end up being end-game for her. I do feel sad that Won ended up alone in the end but perhaps his story wasn't just about love. In the end he recieved praise and recognition from his father. I Think that is Worth more than San loving him. Also, he became a good and loved king. Now I wish he would've fallen for Dan, but perhaps that is too much to ask. He did tell her she would never be his priority when they married and I guess it is only right for her to accept that, as sad as it sounds. I also like how Wang Jeon stepped up the game and in the end turned into a decent person. I guess he owns his brother that. Proof that everyone deserves a second chance. He wasn't dumb, just ignorant. I bet he ended up being a good minister-something? xD Rin's sacrifice was so sad yet needed T_T It just proves his and Won's friendship. I'm glad it was a faked death. I worried he really got killed off. It was a good ending <3
I have a question, in ep 34, why didn't the Queen ask for help from her father and Yuan? She could've freaking killed off Song In and everyone who treated her badly...I feel so sad how she had to die in such a tragic way D'X
This drama is really good! I don't usually like plots about sports but I'm really enjoying this one! The acting is amazing too :D i marathoned 8 episodes in two days xD
Also Soo Ji is hair and friendship goals :D
I hope he'll pick up more historical dramas in the future :D He is super talented!
