I actually loved this drama. Despite its flaws, it did something refreshing too (in my opinion) I do agree that Lee Rang deserved better. But glad that he got reincarnated. That moment made me sob.
I love this drama (i'm on ep 9 now) but gotta make a small rant: I don't understand why Mijoo just can't admit that she is petty and overrracted to the whole missunderstanding. I understand she is proud but KSG has tried to apologize and talk to her multiple times to sort it out but nope. Tbh it wasn't even a big thing that happened. Her anger makes no sense. I like that she admits to herself that she is selfish at one point for ignoring him and yet asking hil for favors, but instead of telling yourself you are selfish, why not act in a way that makes you a better person?! Ugh. I hope they'll solve this soon. KSG does have problems in communicating with others but Mijoo is beyond petty in this situation...get over it girl! DX
It indeed did. I'm one p 6 right now and sobbing my eyes out. It's so deep and and I'm getting all emotional over how precious and relatable these characters are T_T <3
This drama was such a hidden gem for me. I honestly went blindly into it just to check it off my list and drop it after a few episodes. That didn't happen and instead I ended up getting completely hooked. I love the message, the dialogue, all the characters, the way how the plot is so simple yet so deep and the fact that it kind of calls out a lot of kdrama or asian drama clichés and points out how problematic they are. Honestly one of the best dramas I've ever watched. I've also found at least 10 quotes from this drama that I'll carry with me for the rest of my life x'D PS: Siwan is so precious <3
Hm....yes for picking new projects, she is an okay actress. But no for historical and no for starring with Yoo Seung Ho ._. I kind of don't see them having good chemistry together. I also feel like she fits a romcom/modern setting plot more than a historical one.
