Both FLs have been through quite a lot which left them being cold and indifferent to the world. Enter the MLs who slowly but steadily break down their walls by just being devoted to the FLs.
Both shows have quite the romantic and healing touch to them.
FLs and MLs are "coworkers".
In both shows there is an obstacles hindering them to be truly together (in YRS the secret of their shared past and in E their work/FL's past relationship).

Both MCs forget their past including that they are in a relationship. The MLs try to make the other remember or fall in love with them again.

Both FLs’s are surrounded by death. Their loved ones always seem to get hurt or die after meeting/confessing to them.
The MLs’s try to figure out the reason behind those accidents which seem to have only one thing in common: the FLs.

Both are about a woman being terminal ill and trying to fulfill her dreams in the time she has left. On the way she falls in love with a man.
SOAW is more focused on the FL and her illness while OM is mostly shown from the ML’s POV.
Both dramas have nostalgic feeling to them and SOAW has some comical moments.

Both dramas are set in Joseon.
In both the brother of the FML disappears and „comes back“ years later.

Both shows are about hidden truths and trust that is ought to be broken.
You should definitely check one or the other out

Sinilarities:
- Both are historical dramas with comical elements.
- FL in both dramas is surrounded by multiple MLs with whom she forms a friendship.
- MLs have a hidden past / agenda.
- There is a love triangle in both but in H it's more present than in TSRG

TDIM is similiar to WYD in terms of:
- soul switch [older man in a younger man's body]
- unknown child [in TDIM it's his daughter]
- classroom setting of some sort [father and child attend same school and class]
- it's a comedy
- older man has an "difficult" job (for a highschooler) [in TDIM he is kind of a mafia boss]

TDJ has a judical system by which citizens are legally obliged to vote in favour or against the defendant, determining the defendant's future.

So here are a few similarities:
- the ML /FL underwent a gender changing surgery (in DSILY female to male and in TFL male to female)
- the couple knew each other since childhood (in TFL the ML is the not-blood.related uncle of the FL)
- both main leads return (among other things) because of their love

Actually over all the gender change is the only similar trope, as you might have notice TFL is not a BL. But TFL is so good as well. It definitely does not have the same vibes as DSILY, it‘s a bit darker and (of course) dramatic and emotional (not in a feel-good way). But anyways you should check it out!

Both series are BLs.
MLs can see one specific ghost/grim reaper.
In both dramas the MLs know each other when their were children (in DDICFS they actually meet as humans, in HCTM they meet as human and ghost already)
