All the changes they made from the webtoon made the story less impactful, even silly at times. This is something common with K-Dramas these days, they seem to prioritize shock value. Entertaining drama with a great production, action scenes and effects, but not a great adaptation. I think it's better to go blind to enjoy it :)
I know that Japanese dramas usually do not have a deep plot, but I still feel like nothing was really happening…
"I know that Japanese dramas usually do not have a deep plot" You clearly barely watched any because imagine saying that lol. Sorry i haven't watched this drama but i found this too funny cause I have to stop myself to watch non-comedy jdramas sometimes because they ruin me!
If you ask me, the story was drawn out too much. I was expecting a simple, lighthearted show and it started as one but then they had to add so much drama into it- But the worst thing of all is that everyone is keeping their shoes indoors lol
Anyway, I finished it- which means i still enjoyed it but i'm glad i watched it in the background while working; otherwise, I might have gotten bored. The mains were really good though and i will check out their other works :)
I'm glad she started an acting career cause I wasn't a big fan of her kpop groups but she was my favorite in Produce 101. This way I can still see her in dramas ♥️
