Just saw ep 1. It's a bit slowpaced, but I think that's just to introduce the characters. Think the pace will pick up with ep 2 onwards.

So far, it seems promising.

So yes, looks like the last remaining ep will air on Oct 18.

I think you can start binging, each ep is over 1 hr long so will take you a couple of days to finish the series anyways. ^^

Had planned to watch this series, but the order of the sequels and prequels really threw me off.

The Ferryman series of 2021 was a reboot of the 2014 series, and if you've seen the original series, not much would surprise you and most likely spend a lot of time comparing the two.
On the other hand, it is sometimes fun to watch a remake just because you've seen the original.
I think it might be same with this one.

What is "one the woman" drama? have looked it up on mdl, but got several results so not sure which one you were referring to.
And yeah, I know your reply was meant for reddingrooster, but got curious so wanted to check it out.

as for this series, think it's a matter of personal taste. (have also seen all the episodes)
some will like it, and some will not. just how it is.

So far, I've followed this series since the premiere date, and have liked that it gives me time in between to watch other dramas.
But usually, like you, I prefer to binge-watch shows, and I don't think I would've been bored with LotRS if I had waited to watch it in one go.
