I don't think the Fadel-Style kissing is meant to be romanticized because no BGM was indicating it. It was more of a challenge-type thing, so I guess, as you said Fadel was just annoyed by Style's constant bugging.

Personally, I think the writers planned a totally different ending and changed it the last minute. The ending felt totally off..... No way centuries of obsession would be cured in just few days. By the way, what is with the appearance of Saint? Are we getting S2 or something??

The disjointed part was probably intentional. I think they wanna keep the audience guessing 👀
They could actually not put the last investigation in the drama and should have focused on Chalathorn, Phaya an Tharn fight. That way, it wouldn't have felt so rushed.

Totally feeling you, I just read 6 chapters after watching ep 4 and I was like, why is the MC so trashy.... And I'm so glad the writers changed some scenes because as you said, the director wanted to add his own plot in between and it added to the beauty of the story
