Unlike the popular opinion, I love the childhood trope but here he had a wife whom he loved in the past. Showing a childhood connection with the FL now bcz they were meant to be kind of doesn’t excite me.

Just watched the first episode. Even though this drama is set in the past, showing a wife, with the help of her family, mending the way of her cheating husband as a "love story" isn’t acceptable or funny in the year 2025.That character isn’t "complex" the way people defending it are saying. He’s just an annoying jerk. So I can understand the criticism and low rating

I don’t know about the other male characters tho.I've to watch more to know about them. Too bad because the cinematography looks good and expensive

Finally started watching this. I have to say, even though I love kdramas a lot, they often make their couples too vanilla with little to no sexual tension most of the time.But this couple has real sexual tension and they’re not toxic either

This drama is so bad. I thought it was going to be my favorite after the first two episodes but it turned out to be the shittiest drama I’ve ever watched. The male lead is a red flag.Actually, both leads are completely unlikeable. The only good thing about this drama is the ending. Lol FL made a fool of herself again

The attempted rape scenes throughout both seasons feel so unnecessary, especially considering the ending. Unfortunately, attempted rape scenes are often a recurring element in J-dramas, as I’ve seen students trying to assault teachers in broad daylight in some shows. I really hope this isn’t a common thing in Japan

It feels too superficial and lacks the raw, human reactions needed in this kind of situation. I kind of guessed the ending, considering how people were getting killed off in every episode

I haven’t watched it yet but from the few clips I’ve seen, it seems like I won’t like the FL. Then there’s also Heejin, who might give me SFL syndrome unless she turns out to be an irritating character.
