I kinda disliked both but the Hong Kong version is better than this one.
The female lead is sixteen here but eighteen in the Hong Kong movie.
She had an affair in this version but only a crush in that one.
The male lead watched her grow up and fell for her after reading a letter she wrote at around fourteen maybe, which felt creepy. In the Hong Kong version, they were strangers.
I wouldnât mind the age gap but some scenes really threw me off.
SFL irritated me too. Why does she want to meet her "real" dad? Her mother said that her step father took both of them in without asking anything and continuously told her biological father is a bad person. I could understand if she just wanted to know about her birth history but the way she was getting all emotional, no respect for the father who bought her up and giver her a luxurious life
I know people consider JJS some epitom of acting but she couldnât do justice to the role. I've watched her in three dramas.Among them she was only good in money heist. Seo yeaji,Shin hyesoon or Chun Woohee are better fitted for this type of role. While JJS is gorgeous but she's bad at voice modulation and looks very monotonous. She's like Cha Eun woo, both have one expression, look gorgeous doing it but one gets trolled and the other one gets praised
