In both, ML refers to FL as a cat that has come into his life. He is also the mature one in the relationship while the FL is more youthful.
Both are business dramas about mediation and problem solving. In both dramas, the main characters have a mentor/mentee relationship. If you liked the cases part of the storyline in either of these dramas, chances are you'll like the cases in the other.
Both are feel good law dramas with very little of that evil chaebol/corrupt politician trying to manipulate things from behind the scenes. Both have a nice touch of comedy to balance out some of the seriousness of the cases.

Both were shot using really long takes. One Cut of the Dead is a comedy about a zombie movie shot in one take. The Villainess has long takes shot to give the illusion that it was done in one take. The Villainess is much more darker though.

Both male leads are fighting to be #1 and win back their honor. My Mr. Mermaid has a lot more fluff and cute scenes between ML and FL.
