Blood River has one of the most satisfying endings and an engaging plot. Not to mention the CGIs are top-notch, with dazzling but not over-the-top costumes... I'm quite sad.. On the bright side, at least it's still above 8.0... :'3

True~ Tang Li Ci's world revolves around Fang Zhou, which was also the same for Liu Yan. Fang Zhou saved young Liu Yan, while the injured and clueless Ajibanr Tang Jia (TLC's original name) was also taken in by the same individual. Both were nurtured with love, and it drove them crazy when they lost this source of their attachment. Fang Zhou was essentially their father figure, older/senior brother, a close friend... You name it.. He was their everything. In my humble opinion, Tang Li Ci and Liu Yan are just two sides of the same coin. However, even if their roles were reversed, Tang Li Ci would probably be more redeemable compared to the bull-headed Liu Yan...
