i haven't read the webtoon so i don't really know what to compare it to, but i really enjoyed this season. there are couple of flaws and it didn't replicate exactly the things that made the first season so good and special, but idk, overall it was really nice. Also i loved Gotak's character so muchh

I really want to understand more about OhmMick's story, but idk if i can be bothered watching the whole show again as it really feels like watching the same thing... Are there eps you would recommend to watch that actually have some important scenes or smt?

i get that it's a slow burn but how did you manage to give us 10 eps of 40 min each and still give us only about 10 min of them actually being a couple out of the whole show?

this review might have been the best one i have read on this app. i just love the way you write, and you're so on point! just to add something, i think their relationship should be viewed as romantic, cause it's truly doesn't make complete sense if it's only platonic, to me at least. I don't think it needs to be a bl tho, cause it's not cheezy or lovey dovey romance, it's just queer lol. not trying to insulte bls of course cause I'm a bl watcher haha it's just my opinion.

people here are very opinoned and probably mainly watching Asian dramas so they might have a lot to compare it to. personally, I'm enjoying this drama as for rn, hoping it will keep the right vibes 🙃

no hate to your comment or anything but where is the balance at the moment? maybe I'm missing it but to me it feels like the show is using the fact the gay couple, if that what they're aiming for, cannot be together right now because of whatever, to use the time to mainly show us only the hetero couple.. it's hard to say because we only got 6 ep, but that's how i feel at the moment.

I really hope for the sake of this drama that we're gonna see about the same amount of 'sweet moments' between the supposedly main couple as we have now with the hetero couple. I'm making peace with it and not complaining about their sweet moments rn because idc and sometimes they are actually cute but it's not like their characters are super developed at the moment and I don't want to see any bias towards them just because it's more comfortable to show a hetero couple doing those things.

I'm excited solely on the fact that this seems to be one of the only korean series with queer mc that has so much afford put into it, and has known actors. like almost 50min an episode? we usually get around or less than 30. I'm choosing to believe 'love in the big city' is changing kbl lol.
whether this show will be good or not, we are walking towards an exciting future.
