Coming here to comment again but I gotta say that the first episode was very well written. I just feel like as a fan, most of her reactions made so much sense. Seonjae means a lot to her as he was the one who saved her life but it doesn't erase HER life. She goes back in time and she also thinks about herself and her own life and family. I'm just really happy with how this was written and they did not make her into an obsessed stalker kinda fan like some dramas do. As a fellow fangirl, I relate a lot. I've never seen my boys (bts) in a concert but I still love them a lot and have been happy just watching online concerts. But I love how this drama portrays fangirling. It's not that she doesn't have people around her or that she doesn't have a job. Her idol is just a person who brings her joy. However, lol, I would dedicate my entire day to a concert if I got to see my boys for the first time. Mistakes happen but I would have been crying if I lost my concert ticket :'D
Yes yes yes and fucking yes! The first episode was great. Like actually great. I cried and laughed so I feel like…
It's pretty likely that he didn't kill himself. He was standing alive on the balgony and the doorbell rang. He probably let someone inside and that person killed him.
Yes yes yes and fucking yes! The first episode was great. Like actually great. I cried and laughed so I feel like this is going to be a great experience. Also spoilers under this _
Kim Bum was the only reason I didn't skip most of the last episode. Like he is just that charismatic. The main couple on the other hand could have broken up for good and I wouldn't have cared a bit. I'm sorry but there just wasn't any chemistry, at all.
And this is why I always wait for romance dramas to be completed, do my homework and investigate about things…
I like to watch dramas when they're airing bc the experience is very different and I actually get time to think about stuff that happens. Good for you if you want to wait and see everyone's opinion but I actually like to make my own judgement. Moreover I did find this premise interesting which is why I started watching in the beginning.
Ep 11 was very dissapointing and so boring that I had to skip scenes. The plot is a mess. None of the character motives make any sense and the drama obviously doesn't care either. Like Dohan insists that he is not running way.. but he is running away to the airport immediately after coming out at a press conference aka Jihan's bs lie was absolutely useless? He literally had to make a grand gesture to save the girl just bc he is the ML but actually it would make no sense if Dohan didn't get to be himself in public so this whole thing was useless. Absolute mess of a script for them to think that Jihan running away to the countryside was a good last conflict. It wasn't. What exactly are the writers doing here bc this is just making me mad. They better actually explain why Dohan left because it makes no sense unless he had a genuine partner in the States (which would be stupid because they haven't shown him being concerned over a partner or texting anyone other than his ex who is in Korea).
I never understood why some readers likes when the female/male lead gets together with someone who bullied them/made…
Yeah it's quite concerning how popular those tropes are. I'm still pleasently surprised that more and more people will call out dramas for their lack of consent these days. Can't say the same about some bls from a few years ago..
This drama could have been great. I have no complaints about the cast but the director and the writing seems lackluster. This drama is too short for the amount of SA and violence because none of that shit has real normal concequenses or even justification. I know most ppl here know but please never ever be with someone who bullies you. Taeyi, Jooha and Sejin all need therapy. (lol Taeyi seemed to already be in therapy but I think you need more) This drama tried to bite off more than it could chew and it shows. Contrary to a lot of people I actually think internalized homophobia and fear around queerness are important topics and should be discussed especially in korean bls. The problem was 1) three god damn character having the same character motivation (homophobia) 2) violence, sa resulting from your own selfhatred but no proper repercussions nor enough apologizing to the victims.
Is this drama trying to kill me or something? I've cried multiple times already and we aren't even halfway done yet. This might break me much worse than Uncontrollably Fond did. Also this plot is intense even without the illness. So much betrayal happening behind the scenes. It actually breaks my heart that Soocheol's kid probably isn't his bio kid.. He looked so genuinely determined to teach his baby how to ride a bicycle and do everything that he never got to learn.
their chemistry is insane and I like how this is filmed. but I gotta say that another love triangle is not creative at all. I'd rather have some other conflict while they figure out their relationship.
Naah fuck I'm loving this. The acting is good and the plot seems very engaging. Angsty enemies to lovers, what more could I ask? Can't wait to figure out what the bully's problem is.
Huh? what the fuck did I just watch bro I'm flabbergasted over this fucking plot my god. Nothing is moving forward at all. Just shit writing if I may say so. Dohan kept acting like a coward most of the episode only for his grand act to be completely ruined by the grandpa. Jihan acting like a fucking child. Ahjung wasn't manipulated into this god damn marriage and obviously she didn't tell you because she also would have had to explain WHY it's a fake marriage. And you don't out friends. Please for the love of god. End this drama and my misery.
He is MAD??? Homie you should be fucking glad this isn't a real marriage and you didn't just kiss a woman who was really in love with your brother. I'm confused Jihan. Like okay yeah I would be pissed that I wasn't told about something like this but let's bffr Dohan is the one who has the right to be kinda pissed. Like if my brother went and seduced and dated my fiance behind my back??? I don't care that it isn't a real marriage. This is about trust and boundaries.
Honestly wish it had been more of a grand final but overall this was a cute drama.

Acting seems bland at best and the dialogue looks ridiculously bad. I'm out.

Also Jooha tried to force himself on Seheon in one of the earlier episodes.
