PM told her mother that whenever she asks, what she ate, she should answer mackerel. (Like a code to confirm that's her real mother) but when she asked in this episode the mother replied something else, so she knew that it's not her mother, she was replaced.

Totally agree with you ! After watching this drama he has become one of my favourite actors. Definitely the highlight of the drama for me, absolutely love how well he played his roles (Eun Sub, Jo Young, Eun Sub pretending to be Jo Young and Jo Young pretending to be Eun Sub.)
