I just finished watching this drama. Wow. Just wow. First time watching XZ onscreen. He is amazing. I'm familiar with Yibo coz of his idol-ness (I have watched him in Hidden Blade) and he was also great.
Totally get the hype now. I was missing out on so much lol but honestly, i don't watch a lot of dramas in general😅
Also, can I just say Yanli had such a good character development. I thought she was the regular sappy sister/mom character but she really grew up and came into her own. Much respect.
I kinda wish fl had the more Do Bong Soon vibe.....Nam Soon just gives me "i had meth and it was good" vibes.…
Yep I agree. I mean i literally became a fan of Byeon Wooseok after this drama.
Though I wasn't on the "he should get Namsoon" page (I mean he is a villain, villains shouldn't get the female lead, MLs are there for that).
him being a fine ass villain definitely made the show a bit bearable. The makers should've paid the ML more attention. As this would have balanced the show.
My main gripe was the messy plot after like ep 4, too much screentime to the mom and grandmom and that Bread guy like wthhhhh
