I think at this stage, it's no longer the issue of the ceremony or censorship. I think youku is now just been an A-hole to us viewers and is just playing politics with the other airing platforms. They're afraid the other platforms release their BL dramas and they don't want to compete with that

you can go to justice in the dark page to check. apparently china is having a political conference in March so Youku currently paused airing justice in the dark until after March. Other BL dramas are also on hold because they don't want to attract attention to BL and get it banned again
