We have laws to punish criminals so that society doesn't become a place where everyone takes revenge however they want. Bullying is wrong, but rape is objectively a far more severe crime. From what I remember, Minji's friend only used her for her own benefit. That was selfish and wrong, but she didn't physically assault or bully her the way Hyeri did. So how exactly is she worse than Hyeri?
I also don't understand why you're this emotionally invested in fictional characters. Most people watch a drama, criticize the characters, discuss it for a while, and then move on because they're fictional. You're talking about fictional teenagers as if they were real people.
