I saw someone questioning in the comments of episode four why William Shakespeare is listed on here. It’s because this is loosely based on the taming of the shrew. I also noticed that they used elements from 10 things I hate about you, which is also loosely based on the taming of the shrew. And they also threw in a little bit of pulp fiction references.
Just started this and am loving it already. All the 10 Things I Hate About You as well as Taming of the Shrew & oddly, Pulp Fiction references are gold. Dunk is killing it, he is comedy gold.

I really like dramas like this and I love that it’s not strictly a BL… having said that, it’s a shame that the school suggested that the mother and her child move away rather than dealing with the situation of kids bullying him because he’s mute. Yeah He Jin was absolutely crazy sauce. No one excluded or bullied him. People reacted to his horrible treatment of Chun Ke. All of their so called exclusion and bullying was all in his head. Sadly, he probably won’t get the mental health care he desperately needs.
