The child aspect was uncalled-for because the child died anyway. Oh soo jae made sure all those who stepped on her paid the price, and I respect her for that. Do you have any noona kdrama to recommend?
The chairman was a cruel, abominable, cold-blooded, and a psychopath. He made oh soo jae believed her child was dead, that she miscarried. He used her for years. Oh soo jae earned a lot for the chairman's law firm, and I can't believe he made his son that contributed nothing to the firm managing partner. Is he even worthy of that position?
Furthermore, when she obtained the drive containing all their corrupt dealings, they wanted to silence her. I couldn't believe such lunatics existed in this world. And his first son was no different, he followed the orders of his father like a puppet inflicting more pain on oh soo jae.
What I liked about her is her fighting spirit, and dominating personality. I still remembered her first meeting with gong chan. The pack of fish gong chan was carrying accidentally spilled on her. And oh, the FL was in a bad mood, and she slapped him twice.
The king is fighting a dangerous and risky war. He has fewer allies compared to his Uncle, and I'm not sure he can win the war he started without many casualties from his side.
A criminal who usurp the throne? Really? It's not like he killed thousands of people to get to where he is. I don't see how he usurped the throne.
I must give it a try then. I hesitated as their was no romance tag but now that you said it. I'll give it a try.
Why her is also among my favorite noona dramas. And I must say I loved FL. Her role as oh soo jae couldn't be more perfect. It's a drama I can't get off my mind cuz the story was awesome, I didn't want to watch at first but later changed my mind. And it was worth it
I really don’t understand how is it okay to be with someone who's old enough to be your parents. And I've already…
What I'm trying to say is that I'm not against this drama having a hidden romance tag. And being against the romance because KNJ is around their mothers age is not a good enough reason.
I also plan on giving it a high rating, even if there's no romance. Why are people so against it? It's not like we are in the 19th century. They sound as if such relationships does not exist in the real world.
I don't see why people are so against this drama from having a hidden romance tag. It's as if they plan on giving it a low rating if it has some romance.
If it has romance, the romance is feasible cause according to the plot... no one was on the FL's side.
I really don’t understand how is it okay to be with someone who's old enough to be your parents. And I've already…
How sure are you that it's not going to be a romance drama? And I'm not even saying it's going to be a romance drama, I just replied based on your comment.
I feel the same way. And it's the reason why I haven't watch my mister despite the high rating. I tried watching goblin but I couldn't make it pass episode 4.
I don't see why a man can have a partner that's much younger and a woman can't. Men and women are supposed to be equals.I gave the glory a 10 because I loved how love blossomed between SHK and LDH.
I loved how those two cdramas ended. Its infuriating see women being judged when their partners are much younger than them. But when it comes to men who are coupled with younger partners? There's less critisms.
And that's why I loath Confucius teachings. All Confucius ever spoke about was how a woman a woman should always be the subordinate. It further states how a woman can't and shouldn't be involved in state affairs, and many more. And that's why I hate joseon dynasty as it was was a country where confucianism was strictly followed.
Sometimes I wonder why Confucius is regarded as a great sage, when almost all his teachings were prejudiced against women.

Yes, you clearly mentioned both genders. But if the roles were reversed there would be less critisms. And I'd like to believe that ones heart can't and shouldn't be controlled.
According to the plot. The FL basically had no one on her side, and no one believed her, and that went on for quite some time. But suddenly, she found someone who believed her, someone who would risk it all for, someone she could rely on. In such a situation, I'd like to believe that love is feasible. Yes, you can refute by saying she could treat him as as son but that's just the mind talking. Even in real life it would be difficult for love not to blossom irrespective of the age gap in that kind of situation.
Just completed episode 13. And finally almost all the misconceptions are almost resolved.I saw a whole new side of Hee Soo in episode 13, and it's the side I've been wanting to see for a long time. Now, all that's left is for the villains to receive their punishments including Myung Ha.
I agree, it's the chemistry that matters. Besides, KNJ doesn't look her age, and even if she does it doesn't matter. Noona romance genre has been in kdramas for two decades. And I'm surprised it's still an isssue.
It's fascinating how people are are so against this drama having romance. And why? Some said it's a 20+ age difference, whle some said KNJ is around their mothers age. All those are just excuses.
Noona dramas are very interesting and fun to watch.I hear your voice is also among my most favorite dramas. I loved the acting with the overwhelming chemistry of lee jong suk and lee bo young. The law aspects made it more fun. I loved how their relationships developed into a romantic one.
I also loved the rational life, nothing but you, be your own light, she and her perfect husband, and many more.
I really don’t understand how is it okay to be with someone who's old enough to be your parents. And I've already…
Are you trying to say such romantic relationships doesn't exist? We are living in a whole new era now, this is no longer the 19th century. And I don't see why a man in his fifties can marry a woman in her twenties but a woman can't.
Glad to meet you too pal. I'm also enjoying our discussion. I also felt a bit sorry for im yoon ah in the beginning but as the drama proceeded, I discovered that she was not the pitiful one. And I can't believe she brainwash ji chang wook? No pitiful person would ever think of such an act.
I actually watched secret affair 4 years ago, and I didn't know I would love it that much. Their chemistry was off the charts. The two leads acting were top notch. Then I proceeded to watching encounter, I hear your voice, pale moon to mention a few. Those dramas were wonderful and interesting.
I agree, I wonder what the writer was thinking when the story was written. I watched the first half because song yoon ah got more screen time. But the second half? It was unbearable as im yoon ah got more screen time. And don't get me wrong, im yoon ah is a talented actress but I just didn't like her role in the K2.
Back to the issue of noona romance, I loved the chemistry of yoo ah in and Kim hee are in the secret affair. The age difference was 20 years. If you are yet to watch secret affair, I'd recommend it.
Episode 1 was very good. Especially when they met each other. Their chemistry would have been off the charts, if he fell for song yoon ah instead. I skipped many scenes of ji chang wook and im yoon ah together as their chemistry was so so.

I've been thinking of giving knight flower a try. Does it have romance?

It's a free world we live in, and I don't see why the big age difference when it comes noona romance should be critized.
