So in my opinion, the addition of a little nudity doesn't ruin this show. Let's focus on the plot rather than the least important.

Seok Ryu's assault is nothing compared to Chris's fraud. His illegal activities for the past years won't just get him fired but it'll be accompanied with incarceration. I guess he knew it'd do him no good to try to kill someone with a gun while holding a blunt sword.

Even in reality, you need witnesses to pursue a case. Yes, their are witnesses, but all of them are on Seok Ryu's side. So even if he pressed charges, there's zero chance of winning. He might win if it's caught on CCTV, but if not, he'll just be wasting his time and money.
