I was enjoying this until episode 26. I don’t understand what is the problem with her not telling anyone about her health issues. She has always completed her work and kept it from causing problems until this last show. It would be different if it came out that she was addicted to pain meds and needed to get treatment, but she just has an injury she is dealing with. Am I missing something because I don’t see why it is such a scandal. She could still do print , just not runway. Oh well I will finish this since there are only 3 episodes left. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Now that is how you do an ending!! ( I finished another one recently that could have done better with the ending). I love that they gave us so many romantic moments. They are a lovely couple 🥰 I will miss them. Great job My Dearest Nemesis!! ❤️

So I enjoyed this one but the ending had me wondering “Was that the end?” I really wish they would have given us more. I mean the time jump - three years later and the lead couple isn’t at least engaged . They leaned heavily into comedy at the very end, the romance took a back seat. Oh well, on to the next one. 😊

Thank goodness the aunt has finally wised up and is letting them make their own decisions. With only 4 more episodes to go , I hope they wrap up this story well.

I agree with you that this was a breakthrough moment for him. When he was in the office he was thinking about all the people he had fired. He was a cold and indifferent businessman before, but his perspective has changed. Wasn’t he raised by that chairwoman? She probably contributed to his way of thinking. I feel he will be a better man now. Everyone deserves a second chance.

She does finally confront her aunt in episode 20. Hopefully things start to improve in episode 21.

Well I was enjoying this until episode 19. I understand she is a model and has to do her job, but he was fired only because he was dating her. She needs to stand up to her aunt. It is so unfair that he is now blacklisted. He stood up to the aunt, but it feels wrong that she is not standing up to her. It is hard to watch her just to continue with life as usual as he is struggling to find work. It just doesn’t make sense. They walk out of the model agency hand in hand making this stand together, for what? 🤦🏻‍♀️ Now she is back to life as usual and he is on his own. What? 🤦🏻‍♀️ Ok my rant is over for now. I will try watching episode 20.

So glad he chose both! 👏 Bravo!! I don’t know a lot about modeling, but couldn’t she just retire from runway but still do print. Not all models do runway. Also I think it would be great if the two of them could sign with another modeling agency. Her aunt has problems.

I agree with you that it is a healthy attitude and with any other company I guess I would accept it. But this company basically forced her out when she did nothing wrong and now they are firing her because they find her position not necessary. For me it feels like she is just laying down and accepting her fate. She has a college degree. I would like to see her find a better job, and her ex boyfriend to loose his. I know that’s petty but he was quite a jerk.

I just finished episode 10, and I mostly like this drama. But what bothered me first was the little girl scenes. Yes she is cute, but her scenes ruined the romance. I just wish we could have had more intimate scenes at the camp site , because now we are at the break up and only 2 episodes left. 😢 And the other thing that has bothered me is her attitude towards being fired. At the campgrounds everyone was more upset about her being fired than she was. It would make more sense to me if she had another job lined up or some sort of plan. I just feel no one would be ok with loosing their job unless they had a lot of money saved and could live off that until they found another job. She has worked so hard at the potato lab and has definitely proven she is needed there. So make it make sense why she is being fired. Also this is the same company that ruined her life six years ago, shouldn’t they be worried about firing her now? I wish she could go after the company for wrongful termination or something. I will hang in there and finish this one. Hopefully episode 12 can have some romance and a happy ending.

I just finished episode 18 😭😭 What a tragic episode. 😭😭 On to episode 19, I am not expecting it to be any less emotional. Wow! Just Wow!!

So he first regrets treating her badly when he finds out she has been waiting for him. Then decides that it is better she hates him and pushes her away. But he pushes her right into the arms of his enemy and remember she has 10%of the shares. And then at the end of episode 11 when she has decided to move on he regrets pushing her away and wants her back. He should have kept her with him, there was no need to push her away. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I know , turn off my brain and enjoy watching the handsome male lead.

Here is my take on things. We need to remember she is only 17 years old so how would she know what she wants until she experiences life a little. She was trapped in the country with no love or family. So she wants to go to her family and reunite with her mother. She wants a home that is hers and doesn’t want to live in someone else’s home again. The first time she was asked by the male lead about her future and what she wanted she was speaking from the place she was in at that moment. She was not thinking about falling in love and having a loving family. She just wanted her mother to accept her and have a home. The last time he asked her about marriage and her future I believe she was still confused (she had told her mother she didn’t know how she felt) and that is why she stuck to her same answer. I don’t fault the male lead for not reading her mind, but he didn’t handle his proposal to her the best way. From the teaser of episode 17, he tells her if she wants a husband and to have children then he will not get in her way, or she can take his deal and he will not take her chastity but will elevate her to noble status basically. So I take it by not taking her chastity that they would have a marriage only in name. She would not have any children just be married to him for status. So does he really think that this young girl never wants romance, love, children, or a family of her own. That would be such a lonely life. So of course she would turn that down. I just don’t know what to expect from episode 17 through 30. This could be a roller coaster ride. I am worried that her mother might die and she will be forced to marry him because she can’t stay with her evil father. It’s not that I don’t want them to get married, it’s just sad that she could be forced to do it. 😢

So he did not realize her views on marriage had changed and she was actually glad that he might have feelings for her. She should have mentioned to him this last time he asked her that she would prefer having feelings for her husband and to start a family of her own. So I can’t blame him for thinking she would want an arrangement between them. But man , he messed up. After that other man gave her a wonderful speech of how great a life with him would be and then the male lead wants to make a deal with her 🤦🏻‍♀️ She will probably reject his deal and then something will happen where she will be forced to take it. And there marriage will begin as an arrangement and she will think there is no love between them. But hopefully they get passed that quickly and we get some romance. I really miss her bodyguard- she could give her some good advice now. I wish they would bring her back.

Wow 😮 that would ruin it for me. Hopefully they do not take that path. Oh my, now I am worried.

I just finished the first episode and I will give this a chance. The female lead is beautiful and I love her personality so far. Modeling is such a tough career. I did a little modeling in high school and it was not for me. This could be enjoyable, so I will check out the next episodes.

I am just not able to let myself like this one. It started off cute and quite funny, but now I find myself skipping any scenes with the second leads. Ling Yi is just too annoying. She refuses to acknowledge the male lead has no feelings for her. It’s coming off very pathetic. Yes I should be bothered by the second male lead , but for some reason he doesn’t bother me as much. Don’t get me started on the dead beat mother who wants to be a mother to her daughter she abandoned 20 years ago and has not checked on her once. Just ridiculous. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Oh yeah I have another daughter I forgot about. 🤦🏻‍♀️Now the male lead needs to show some backbone and stand up to his father. I don’t want the female lead to be ok with how he is treating her right now. It is not ok to tell her to wait while he figures things out and just let that other woman have her way. He needs to set boundaries with that other girl, she is way too pushy. Ugh!! And one final thing, the lead couple has not had one decent kiss , they are all just very simple no spice. Will they ever have a steamy kiss scene? I may be asking for too much. Not sure what I will do about this one. I will see what happens next.
