I really enjoyed season 1 and I was looking forward to season 2 and the further development of our counters. Unfortunately, season 2 didn't land that and it felt like some filler season where there was no stakes at all. Characters you thought would die always come back alive, the new counter is absolutely annoying and useless and on top of that Ha Nee and Su Min relationship never progresses further. I know it's not part of the original webtoon story but Ha Nee and Su Min potential love story was hinted here and there in the first season and I was looking forward to maybe seeing them go somewhere this season. It had some good visual effects and the fight scenes were cool at times but if I had to recommend this as a watch, I'd probably advise otherwise. I agree with other reviewers that this season felt empty and just a money grab. Overall, just enjoy season 1 and go watch another K Drama series instead.
