Lol I'm so bummed out everytime one of my faves gets a new drama cause almost everytime it'll be a noona drama…
I wish it would die down like other tropes do ... but this one is persistent hahahaha
As u said, I don't care about their ages as long as the gap is reasonable like 4 or 5 years and if it's not like a huge plot point but it always is ... oh well....
Actually Imitation's time slot was supposed to be YooHeeyeol Sketchbook, and as we can see YH Sketchbook with…
I mean teenagers in Korea spend the evenings studying most of the time till 10 or even 11 pm... So if you think about it... The time slot might not be bad considering this.
The problem tho, is that teens these days don't watch TV lol they use VOD... So things like Netflix, etc...
It feels so unreal watching actorteez here. Specially Yunho, he is my ultimate bias and watching him being this…
I'm not into Ateez but lately I've gotten to kinda know them cause I'm watching Kingdom. To be honest Yunho hadn't cought my eye yet hahaha but seeing him here and he seems so sweet... I can feel the SLS coming for me hahahaha
Okay so don't kill me I don't mean this in a negative way whatsoever but the female lead actress' face looks weird to me hahaha I haven't seen any of her dramas so i'm just saying by the pictures I've seen, but she looks unique in a distracting way
I really want to find Japanese dramas that I enjoy but it's really hard for me because of the same reason... pushover FLs are such a turn off... And the MLs of Japanese dramas give me trust issues lol cause of the way they treat the FLs, their feelings end up not seeming genuine to me, it always seems like a game to them hahaha i.e Coffee & Vanilla
PS: YEEESS!! I get way too much into the story so the second hand embarrassment is strong with Jdramas lol
For me, I don't like the female lead personally. Both male leads have their own reason for feeling that way for…
Lol I agree with your opinion on the FL, as I said in my other comment, she was very self-centered (as a consequence of her extreme insecurities), which is not necessarily unrealistic or unjustified, just not enjoyable to watch for me.
However, it's not that people wonder why he did what he did, the reason is obvious, but that doesn't make it right.. it is still a controlling and imo the wrong way of approaching it... he should have talked to her about it and to his friend (SML) and if they can't reach an agreement that both of them are comfortable with then they're just not compatible to be in a relationship. If he doesn't trust that her feelings for him are strong or genuine enough, he's always going to be insecure, probably more and more as time passes, and end up being very controlling... so where do we draw the line? The relationship wouldn't be a healthy one.
Anyway I'm just playing devil's advocate here, since I personally had no problem with that aspect of his behavior. If we were talking about a real life relationship then I stand by what I said, but in fiction I get bored when relationships are perfectly healthy LOL so I like a little drama and MLs that are a little controlling, as long as they aren't very infuriating. But that's just my personal preference.

I wonder if they're going to keep changing stuff tho
Thank you so much for answering!!! ^_^
