Ho Su is portrayed to be very perceptive from the beginning. Able to tell them apart in highschool etc. Episode 6 confirmed that he knew all along, probably since Episode 2 when he called her out for being Mi ji. He also confirms this when he talks about keeping secrets for people because everyone has their reasons.

why did JCW choose this drama, his screen time is very low, I dnt know he is main character or supporting character.
he had decent amount of screen time lol. This is pretty similar to the worst of evil which has more or less of the same cast

Thank you for explaining that and agree with you. I think Haru knew she had an illness then so that was why she decided not to go travel with him? Anyways, it was ok, but the story could have been better. The romance was lacking alot.
