I don't think it would be more than 2 episodes if anything, maybe 3 - b/c LBY still has to fight (not physically) to get CSS back too. We are at episode 34 already and I think there's still a few more things that is going to happen before the revenge. I can be wrong as I haven't read the novel. I only read a few translation from some people that read the novel. Preview for episode 40, there's no revenge yet from LBY. We still have to see the CP/Empress being demoted too. If we don't get the revenge next week, it'll be in 2 weeks. I'll have to say revenge will take place close to 43 - 45ish episode.

Same excuses that allows CSS to create these mess but does these same excuses solve her mess? Do you think that if she got caught on creating the fake seal and LBY tries to defend her with the excuse of "she's just 15 years old", do you think Emperor will let it slide? Of course not. that excuse doesn't work in the palace or political world 2000 years ago.

I'm telling you right now, if my 15 years old did the same as CSS - referring to the bridge - hell yea, I would spank my child too. CSS not only put the Cheng's family in shame but she literally could have injured someone on that bridge. People need to stop saying, CSS didn't grow up with love or she wasn't educated. CSS knew how to snitch on Uncle. CSS knew how to build things. CSS knew some of the lantern's riddles. CSS knew how to care for people when they were injured. CSS knew how to attack enemies if they came back. and more..............

She may not be educated in books but she has common sense. And she needs to stop acting like she's dumb when it comes to the palace. She has to bring back her common sense and use it in the palace. It's may not be black and white but CSS isn't also black and white kind of person too.

TBH, it's such a shitty show that I can't let go off. I just want to know what happen next. Episode 1 was so hard to watch but I get over that BDSM scene and pretend it never happen. By the time I knew it, it's 7 episodes already. Once a week, it doesn't hurt but if I was to binge this shit when the it ended, I'll probably be doing a whole lot of skipping or just watch the ending.

From the mv, yes I believe it will. I don't think anyone know if LBY gets exiled and then 5 years later he comes back within the same episode or will there be a couple of episodes in that time period.

Thank you for writing about #2. I think that's why when QQ and YY was talking to CSS about LBY risking his life - is far much more important than her trying to eat food at certain time. I hope this incident, CSS will start to realize how much LBY does to protect her. I know CSS has to find out one day, all the stuff he does for her and hopefully by then CSS will trust him completely but I feel like this will happen after 5 years.

Same drama but different mindset. We can't root for her when she's in the wrong. Especially when it's LBY warning her a few times to stay out of the politics/CP/Empress issues. And we can't keep saying, this is who she is.

People grow up and change. You and I and everyone in the comment section, we are not who we were from last month or last year. We are always changing to be better and do better. We can't accept the excuse of her being 15 years old. I have a 12 and a 13 years old and they are always changing every day, weeks, & months..... So I will not accept that she's just a teen or this is who she is. That's a very lame excuse for her actions.

CSS can keep her morale and her beliefs and her attitude of "I can do whatever I want" but when she's risking her life, LBY's life, her family's life - that becomes the problem. She thinks by helping the Crown Prince and Crown Princess to ease the Empress' stress but if LBY didn't help, she would have been caught and punish. Even LBY knew she was up to no good and decided to give up the Huo tiger seal. Why is that every time CSS does something, fucks up, and LBY saves her? We can't keep going on with the "he's in love with her, that's why" LBY may love her a lot but everyone has a line that you do not cross and CSS will cross that line. (we'll see it in next week episodes)

So far in episode 33, CSS still doesn't trust LBY in the beginning. LBY had to apologize and coax her & CSS friends/cousin had to talk to her about LBY - for CSS to cave in. How is that fair to LBY when he's done all he could to prove to her that he will protect her and love her only? Remember what QQ said, you are comparing your eating to him risking his life.???

Even though she's doing the bowing and following the rules, she only does it in the palace. Once she outside the palace, she's herself again. LBY doesn't even expect her to bow for him or anyone else especially people he don't like ***cough cough ugly princesses*** If LBY keeps spoiling her and letting her get away with it, she'll become one of those ugly princesses too.

In my culture, if you do good then. Good things come to you. But I'm in my late 30s and I come to realize that you don't need to do good for unappreciated people or bad people. Everyone has a choice in life.

No. The analogy is saying that don't be nice (or feel sorry) to everyone you see even if they asked for help or look like they need help because if anything goes wrong, it's going to be your fault.

Fun Facts: In the State I live in (United States) it's a felony if we feed the homeless. Why? b/c if we give them food and they get sick, they can sue us. If we give them money, they think it's okay to keep being homeless. If we give them shelter, they will stay longer than you expected.

I really want to know in everyone's opinion. If CSS act according to whatever she wants and the Emperor decides to punish her. Would ya'll be saying, how come LBY won't save her or would you say, CSS is a smart girl and she'll figure it out (as she has no power besides being engage to LBY)? Cause if LBY chooses to not help and the Emperor went ahead and punish her according to their rules, who will you be more mad at? CSS, LBY, or the emperor. Remember, this is CSS f**king up after all those warnings from LBY.

I know damn well, everyone will say - Why don't LBY help or save her? it's all LBY fault that he took her there. So at the end of the day, it's all on LBY. LBY may have been the one to marry her and accept her for who she is, take her to the palace, say he will protect her but that doesn't give CSS the right to act like that and be very disrespectful. 2 wrongs doesn't make a right. LBY has told her that let him make the enemies for her. So if bad things happen to her, she needs to tell LBY about it. LBY isn't superman and be there by her side 24/7. Everyone mentioned that LBY didn't do anything to the 3rd princess - hello, he did today! when the 3rd prince came out about the counterfeit coins. that was all LBY doing.

Again, I'm not all for LBY either. If he explain to her as to why she shouldn't get close to anyone in the palace, maybe she'll understand and keep things to herself or think before she speak or acts toward certain people. CSS is still growing up so she needs someone to guide her. LBY needs to guide her as her fiance - soon to be husband- and not as a father/mother or a general.

As you have watched palace (kingdom) dramas and I have too - Chinese, Korean, and Thai - it is a hard place to live or grow up in. For some reason, Galaxy gives us the idea that the Emperor, Empress, and Consort all gets along and it should be all rainbows and unicorns. Yet their children are the evils ones. Kinda remind me of Queen Dugu and the king, how they can be such a perfect couple and queen/king but their children are shitty people.

I agreed on your input about why LBY hasn't share much with CSS. Sometimes knowing too much can get you hurt too. LBY only tells her enough as that's what he believes that's all she needs to know. Hopefully LBY will understands that CSS is too curious and if you don't tell her enough for her to understand, she will go out her way to find out. Let's hope that LBY will share a bit more in the drama.

I love that everyone is stating their opinion on the conversation between CSS and LBY. It's really no one's fault but we can't just pick 1 side here. If we speak about CSS flaws or wrongs, then we have to speak about LBY flaws and wrongs too.

They are both still learning to love and understand one another. That's how relationship work. Talk, argue, say things you don't mean, then apologize and compromise. So far, the drama has shown us that.

yes, we should go over there and post our opinion on it. kidding. It wasn't amazing from start to finish but I love the drama as I didn't have to put much thoughts into it. Galaxy - even though I read spoilers, I'm still surprise at some of the events/fights/issues/conversations/sweetness.

BTW, I love WRTW - it was much easier to follow as it was pretty much black and white. They help each other, fall in love, save each other, and end up together. DONE! happy.
