Healing dramas about burnt out urban strivers finding themselves and a new style in a more tranquil small town. Chinese reviewers calls it a low budget Chinese version of MLN. May not be available with Eng subs though.

Transmigration into ancient time with an emphasis on food and cooking. Also a romantic comedy. Should be much more similar than many of the other titles mentioned.
Realistic setup, excellent cinematography and direction, natural acting. Plenty of laughs and contemplation about the lives and stresses of urban professionals.
Both are transmigration stories into a historical video game with a female lead starting out as the antagonist role in the game. Eastern Fantasy has more romance, whereas To Get Her goes all out with the wacky comedy and costume drama parodies.
Gritty, great acting, edgy topics and characters. The knockout focuses more on the psychological and societal aspects of the criminal world.
Both are funny shows, avoids gratuitous romance, and have solid plot and action.
I Am Nobody might be the funniest cdrama this year, and if it keeps up the quality, will be one of the top shows of the year. 9+ rating show. I liked MLC, but I'm loving IAN.

God of Cookery one of his best. So much absurdity and so many laughs.

Has the same famed screenwriter in Wang Juan who writes his shows with dimensional and intelligent characters, plenty of humor, and touching moments. Both have good actors and plot that defies the tropes of idol dramas.
JoL is the granddaddy of Wang Juan shows. I actually recommend watching this last, after his other shows for a more climatic experience. This is the most polished delivery of Wang Juan's signature style. Everything--from the acting, plot twists, production, to humor (though half may be lost in translation)--is exquisitely choreographed in this ambitious, action and laugh filled, big budget drama.

SSS is in many ways a more polished delivery of Wang Juan's signature style. If you liked YB1/2 but felt it sometimes suffered from uneven pacing, jokes that didn't quite connect, or plot twists that lacked the proper buildup or payoff, then SSS will wow you with its much better execution.
