A member of this site had put up a very informative post about the filming locations for this drama, along with other info on the movie industry in China and in Xi'an where this drama was shot. I'm searching for it desperately!!
sorry but ml is so good you're exaggerating too much, looks like u didn't even watch second half of the show.…
Your fingers type faster than you think or read.
I didn't mention anyone else except Kim Nam Joo in my first comment. I kept it short and brief. That was not a batman signal for you two to come pollute my comment.
Your long tales don't change the fact that KIM NAM JOO carried this drama, the ratings were high because of KIM NAM JOO. That you didn't know who she is doesn't change that fact. She's been a great actress since before you knew what kdrama was. You not knowing her before this and liking her character doesn't add a thing to her career.
If the person you talk about was important to ratings, we'd see high ratings in their other dramas, including the dog one from last year. cry me a river and build a bridge over it.
And you too, go away and don't respond to my comment.

Kim Nam Joo carried the show with her acting, because she's KIM NAM JOO. She has consistently brought high ratings with all her dramas. People tuned in to watch her drama comeback, PERIOD.
I don't know where you get the temerity to fix your fingers and type and say that I'm exaggerating about her acting and didn't watch the second half, like you were watching the drama with me. The kind of ignorance, lack of taste and discernment you choose to display when you mention the acting of the person you talk of as evidence of anything good of skillful in terms of acting, in comparison to KIM NAM JOO's acting is an insult to her. KIM NAM JOO, and only KIM NAM JOO, carried the drama.
The ending was altered because Kim Nam Gil had to report for mandatory military service immediately. The fact that he was filming was irrelevant to the military. The production had no choice but to cut the drama by three episodes...
Let's find another reason to rag on this drama....
Yes, I don't get the hate. People complain that it involves an affair, but it was clear from the trailer so why…
Most viewers regress to the mean, expecting the average and ordinary storyline. Anything outside of that formula, and they cannot process!
The strength of KDramas is in these storylines that lie on the extremes; the not so straightforward, not outrightly happy ending types.
I may have wanted a slightly different ending, but I graded the drama as objectively as I can. That's what the grading system asks for. Most here do not.
