Seolhyun is completely misplaced in this galaxy of stars... No Hee Kyung should give us a "don't care" character like Yoo Young from "World That They Live In" 😁... ( If only SHK and Gong Yoo's characters had a steamy relationship like the one the leads had in the same drama!)
This casting.... Oh oh!! I can already visualise the person cast as the younger brother and his friend/love interest yelling and screaming nonstop in their roles ಠ︵ಠ...
I think she is responsible for big projects/clients and less significant ones are done by the team. She is also…
Division of work is a basic management principle. They need to let go of micromanaging and let the 80 people they hired to do what they're being paid to do. Their work should be to ensure all employees are working towards a clear goal.
It is not an issue of the management styles of the company. Principles are universal, regardless of location/country.

Precisely because the company is growing, she should delegate and concentrate on the big picture leadership. leave the day to day to her managers.
I think the writer wanted to make a female CEO / male sec power dynamic story, but also wanted to show the female lead working like a dog because of her trauma, so we got this "employee CEO" mashup character...
This CEO working style is too weird for me. Not realistic 😂
Should the CEO be micromanaging the hiring process? Should she be doing the entire hiring process herself? To the point of going into the storage room for info? The rest of the office look like a bunch of idlers (and extras who exist to show she's a scary boss by their reactions to her walking in...)
The hiring should be done by teams with a leader who would report to her. There don't seem to be team leaders or managers in that office! She's supposed to be out there hobnobbing with her type and building/ expanding the company...
Do suspend my disbelief? Or is this plot point a part of her growth?
So far this seems more like a space documentary than a kdrama lol. I think the writers did too much research and…
Lol...true, however, I thought they toned it down in ep2, and it became a "chaotic" web of relationships that's gonna cause so many problems, but just happens to be set in space.
