Khem, what idea have you put into innocent Pan's mind? When in doubt, eat em all! π€£
But I still don't get the table thing, now you put Seiji too on it. What effect are you trying and why? π€ You might as well tie them onto a pole and set fire.
And Elisha as a good person? A caring professor? I keep thinking about the plot of evil he is withholding, maybe working with the vocal lala aunt etc. Or heck he is the hidden actual father of Wela or Khem or both. π
I think I will binge watch it later. The plot, well okay at least not another engineer or medical student.
By forbidden I was thinking about taboo, not idol has to be single. Nobody follows it anyway, and quite frankly the concept is meh to me. Are we still at the times when actors and actresses are believed to be sacred beings that has no need for toilet because they don't eat?
Better than those awful slow burns that just passed, not great enough (not yet at least).
I will not talk about the insurance. Well it is better than the pawn shop in "Across the Sky". π But the insurance guy, in full refreshing make up, sexy jacket and the way he takes off his helmet, are you sure you are selling insurance? π€£
As for the height difference, Seiji and Pan is about right for a comfortable kiss. Must you put Pan onto a chair? That's a bit extreme. The difference is cute and perfectly shippable. π€
And I feel bad For the aunt, why? They hire her to scream. She has to do her triangular squats in heels and screaming her lungs out while she is at it. How many calories she has burned? π
EP.2 is all building up. More action please, enough talk with the non existing paintings. It is weird how everybody in the class is drawing portraits while Phem and Q are drawing buildings. What kind of water do you see in those pencil marks anyway professor?
Set that aside, I agree with many that the acting and overall production level is good enough to keep me here. Hopeful for now.
I liked IFYLITA, but that ending fits the word horror. I'm staying for "Two Worlds", but tbh the series is rushing it in many places. I won't say it is bad, I just hope it won't happen here.
The finale is a tad underwhelming, I wish they would use the bridge to better use, the train station too. Like adding some contrasts, maybe the station in daytime, the bridge in another season.
With that said, I like this show more than any other BLs lately. This one has an identity, realistic without being gloomy, meaningful but not sanctimonious. Entertaining with things to think about.
I give 9/10. Because the ending is not developed fully, towards the end they just have no screen time to do anything else that's what it feels.
So time and story are in wait-for-some-time-mode.... Probably that letter from trailer is one that yuan wrote…
What? The letter in the novel was about...
I won't spoil it, but it is about a trip. I'm pretty sure I remember it right.π€ Well they can change it of course, but it doesn't look that way to me.
Overall, this is less traumatic than that one. I may say I will not watch another installment in the future, but I probably will anyway.π
Someone put it quite right below, this is a "Coming of Age" film. The way I see this is "Anti-romance", and to say it in a more casual way, an idealistic first love senerio that is not pragmatic.
The ending? Very realistic but absolutely unsatisfying. Love or hate? Both, but lean heavily towards hate. Why? We actually get back to square one.
I give 8/10, would give more if this is a movie instead, as this series is mostly about the cinematographic. It feels draggy as a series, in between monochrome and turgid.
By reinforcing it in drama. It is not a green flag even if it looks like one.
So I'm reluctant, still watching. We will see.π

I have always welcomed a discussion when it comes for me.
When a show is garbage I plainly said so, nevermind the trolls. But really this one is ok, honest comment.

Don't get me wrong, overall it is alright and enjoyable.
Okay we need and got some action, so really I'm not complaining. I will just filter out the brain child on suicide mission and focus on the bromance.
More gores and then more skins... Um I mean love and after care. π

This one... Mute, switch off subtitle, put it on 3x, nothing works.π€£
Why Kimmon why?
Anyway, 10 human years can be long or short, depends on how you see it.

[Edit: I tick spoiler just in case, really I'm not spoiling the chapter title is just as explicit, if not more.]
I wonder how they will spin (or even translate) that epic obscene moment from the novel.

1. The aunt just walks in there? Why? That'll bring Khem "home"? By antagonizing him? Can you even call it a plan?
2. Why are you, Pan, surprised about Freya's son, aka your best friend Khem? π€£

I understand they have a recast, well let's be hopeful for now.
