In the webtoon they have english names but they changed it to korean in the drama. I mentioned english names cause I can't remember the Korean ones. Also it's not clearly shown what happens to Suho but for now all we know is that he's in a coma.

+ in my opinion the writers ducked up bryce character real bad. At first they made us see him sympathetically, showing his struggles and what he went through but then BOOM he suddenly wants to kill his friend. as for the insta part I think he felt that Stephen was looking down on him by not following him back. I do hate bryce for this actions but it felt like they were trying hard to not make him hatable (just in my opinion)
