Funny the comments here are either:1. Ewww, 10 year gap. Totally grooming.Or:2. Omg, they keep teasing us, jump…
I don't know how this is grooming when the older one definitely tries to push him away. I don't know where this goes. Age gap is not a problem imo if it's fine for BOTH who are involved. To me "grooming" is something that started from the one who's older to persuade the younger, more innocent/inexperienced one. You can correct me if I'm wrong.
In general I like the flow of this series because it doesn't contain this heavy over-acting that some Japanese BL tend to have. Another positive example (also with a big age gap) was 'Old Fashion Cupcake.' What makes Japanese series cringy sometimes is that they voice the inner thoughts. That's common in a manga or anime but I think it's unnecessary in a series with real actors and destroys the flow.
tl;dr: I don't belong to either of those groups and am here for the ride :). The adult stuff is just a nice bonus (if there will be any).
I'm at episode 10 and I have to say that I HATE this kind of story telling just to stretch the story. Of course it's hard for some people to speak up but having this issue in two couples? I will still finish this series but...this is why I dropped so many BL series. Because it seems to be a thing that the characters don't speak up and break up because assuming it's for the best. Super boring and exhausting. Kim seemed like more of an understanding and rational person. In my opinion it would have made sense for him to say it out loud that he found out about Mek's dream and the mail. Why does he need to keep that a secret? Why isn't it a better choice to talk it all out?
Last week I thought "end the series now" and I'm about half-way through ep 6 and regret it a bit, that I started watching it. Is it so hard for a character to say "please stop doing this! I told you that I like somebody else and your flirting makes me feel uncomfortable"? Is this kind of story telling necessary? I HOPE it'll get better again. Otherwise this'll sadly be another drop 😔.
Go for it! If you have the chance, please do it! Today I bought VIP-tickets for a concert of a Korean artist and…
I wanna help people to feel happy but not feeling pressured. I think the artists themselves will understand that as well. Of course I don't know Jeff but he seemed like a very empathetic person. He will adjust to when he'll see a person who is a bit more timid and anxious. And if you want to continue talking, feel free to talk to me whenever you want :).
So Jeff is coming in my country for a fanmeeting and idk if i should go because i'm like super anxious and i don't…
Go for it! If you have the chance, please do it! Today I bought VIP-tickets for a concert of a Korean artist and I also am more of the anxious type. STILL! He will be SO close to where I live. Of course I could have bought normal tickets but...it's just something different when you can talk to them a little bit. They are all normal human beings like us. I wish I could meet Jeff as well! So: please go there! Don't think about the other people and think of it as if you'll be meeting a friend you were never able to meet before. I know you'll be very nervous and that's okay! I'm sure you can manage even when you're alone. I will be your mental support if you wanna ^^!
I'm NOT crying! All KP scenes made me tear up and especially the last scene made me think "how the F**K will they solve all this in the remaining two episodes?!? Season 2 inc?". Kim being Kim and me cursing at him a tiny bit (can't be mad at "Jeff" xD) but...seriously. Looking out for Chay and then leaving him alone being mad at him?! NO QQ! Btw: Somebody mentioned that Chay's too old for a rebellious phase but this isn't a rebellious phase. This is "dealing" with a broken heart ã… ã… . And VP? "It's too little!" (you cannot even properly dip!) It was really good and I will need to watch this episode once more (quelle surprise 🙈😂).
I've been disappointed by shows before but I'm heartbroken about how disappointed I am with this one! I was SO…
I just started it today and felt kinda hyped when I watched the special. I fought through the other two episodes and it really felt like I wasted two hours. It's kinda sad. I'll give the series another try with episode 3 but I'm very sure that this will be another drop. I'm very picky in general. There are many dramas I dropped which are usually perceived very good by everybody else. So this one is probably a quicker drop than all the other ones ^^°.
