how is working on a romantic concept piece for work something that violates the singles rule? that's for actual…
That's just the story: they're making up instances to show how Jin Yuzhen's criterion backfires on his own ability to do the job (pretty lame imo) Siqi and Gang are the only ones here with functional brain cells XD
Well, so apparently the café owner and his little teacher have been progressing off screen. When Lei Lei broke…
The straight couple aren't dating outside of work because they're fighting. Wang Jing asked Bai Qian in episode 4, whether they'd 'made up' to which she replied no. Immediately after the singlehood rule was imposed, Wang Jing broke down and he ran away from the marriage proposal. That caused the rift between them. He's too scared to date outside of work and for fear of getting caught
Siqi on the other hand is actually a giant baby who (let's face it) doesn't really seem to have much on his mind except food and Gang ;) he's a carefree and blithe personality working part time there so there's the difference
I think I know where this is going, they're trying to show how Jin Yuzhen’s contrary emotions about love are going to make him unsuccessful at stuff like being an emphatic friend (to Mr. Mai) and doing the project for the customer.
I still think this drama lacks a concrete storyline. It's using tropes as the plot instead of a supplement to the storyline. But it's really cute so there's that~
I'm also in love with Gang and Siqi. I love how they're both incredibly soft for each other and good to everybody else too. They're basically made for each other. Also, there's a slight height difference (Siqi is slightly taller) and it's absolutely adorable
I think it's done terribly. It's come out of nowhere the last couple of eps instead of a theme running through…
I ranted about this in my review too. The pacing of this show is quite terrible and rushed. Unless they have a next season planned like they did for 2gether I'm pretty sure episode 12 will be a bit anticlimactic.
Also, I said there's 'one point I like about Pi's conflict', about the other points... ;)
I just wish they'd shown more of how he was bullied (again something I ranted about in my review), it would've added more concrete stuff to Pi’s character and to the story. They showed too much of Mork flirting with Pi than actually progressing the story.
I hold it against the director and scriptwriting (I dislike the club series a lot too, this director is a no no for me. Ugh imagine is Backaof had managed this >•<)
There's one point I really like about Pi's conflict which was done really well by the show. His conflict doesn't…
And can we talk about the Meen Duean scene?I feel like these shows don't talk enough about consent in terms of drinking. Don't allow anybody to force you to do something like that. People can be wrong—your friends, your partner, your parents—they can be wrong about such stuff sometimes nd you have to learn to say no.
People don't change overnight, it's nice to see Duean changing because of Meen after some actual conflict instead of some bizarre overnight transformation
There's one point I really like about Pi's conflict which was done really well by the show. His conflict doesn't arise from the fact that he's gay. It's purely because of his self deprecation. I feel like coming out is the only major conflict used by lgbt shows whereas lgbt people just like anybody else, can be unconfident like Pi.
Regarding the heartbeat talk, it kinda clicked on me that it first occurred back in Episode 2 while Mork was holding…
I thought that had more to do with Pi falling into his arms than the makeover. He'd never been in such close proximity with him before–that too while staring into each other's eyes XD
We have those a version minibuses too! called trams (only found in my city in India) they're horribly slow, get extremely hot in summer and if they breakdown in the middle of nowhere (if you can't get a bus) then you're f***ed up real good. it's loved by tourists though ;)
To me it looks like some "blessing in disguise" that Pi wasn't able to give Mueng Nan the box of choux cream in…
On the other hand, if he had given it, Muang Nan would've cleared up everything in the beginning itself, that they didn't know each other well and that they shouldn't date each other
I wonder if we are getting reruns or Never too late after FUTS ends? So far no announcements or trailers regarding…
I think they're going to surprise us with a trailer or something—i know it's unrealistic but I'm hoping it's bad buddy (I think it's going to be 55:15 but it doesn't hurt to hope 😔)
I was reading the novel and I swear to all the holy yaoi spirits, Ohm Pawat with neck length hair will be quite a sight (I think that's why he's growing his hair)
Also, after Petekao, I think this is the first couple who are going to go from beating-up-each-other-to-a-pulp to celebrating-twentieth-anniversary
Started off with a bang, 'i have dropped 114 dramas till date' XD
This is a really methodical way to tackle this, I'm thinking about dropping NiF too, the first three episodes I was really excited and then I just–i have no idea really but I just put away for the time being
Phuwin here and Phuwin in the gifted graduation—amazing really. I can see the similarities despite the huge difference in the type of character he portrays, he's very expressive
Siqi and Gang are the only ones here with functional brain cells XD
