Pond’s (actor) expressions are so...intense. That was the first thing about him which struck me. I thought I'd get bored of it soon (these things can become cheesy and unbearable pretty fast) but I'm still not.

And Phuwin (actor) is quite well rounded. His expressions go from 0 to 1000 real quick. There's this thing Pi does, every time Mork flirts, he has this five second window where he tries to figure out what Mork meant and basically he tries to process it. Then there's a rapid change of his facial expression. Phuwin does that so well—

I think the acting in FUTS is quite well done. I couldn't expect anymore from the actors than they've already done.

Duean & Friends™ are so iconic. They're basically dumb, dumber, dumbest, dumberer and dumberest. Their dumbness has transcended the heights that a normal human can reach. The strip dance was second hand embarrassment served on a gold plate–i found it really cute. Also, DEBUT WHEN?

Both Pi and Mork are such *nerds*. They're just meant for each other ;)
I feel so single...

This episode was the perfect dose of comedy I needed. I don't care how many 'good' bls are released this year. Even if Bounprem release ten projects and bkpp do five more and Mix gets another main role, I will always remember FUTS as the drama which saved my dreary month of June. It's definitely going to be in my top 10 bl list this year.

Also, Duean is so gross. Since Mork personally had to experience it first hand, I understand his concerns for his younger brother.

Lastly, the balloon scene was really touching. I think they thought that Pi didn't have anybody to go to the Cupid festival with (bc Mork and Pi *aren't* dating), so Duean and the Dumbs took it upon themselves to make Pi’s day feel special.

FUTS helps me end my week on a positive note. Also, SEASON 2 WHEN?

I feel so single right now, it isn't even funny anymore

Jokes apart, I'm loving this a lot. End of episode 3 was weird but of course there's lots to come on the other side. Aaaaand now I understand why people were talking about Nanon and Chimon in the cs of Bad buddy

The thing with Pi is that he wasn't 'hot' or handsome in the general sense of the word—after his makeover he 'became' hot
I personally found Pi with glasses and braces really cute but I like him best in the look he's comfortable in

Choke on the other hand—i think he just said that he hasn't been dating because he's been pining for Sat. Thinking about all this makes my head hurt too ;)

Is it just me or were the shirtless scenes just too long. The scene at the pool (before they half stripped and got into the water) was absolutely cute. The mcs look cute together.

I wish this was a whole twelve episode thing. Maybe they'll pick a couple and do a whole series on them (like Wabi Sabi did for En of love). If so I want it to be for these two. The memory loss and subsequent resolution was too fast. I understand Choke's pov though. He's probably been long distance pining for Sat and Sat doesn't remember anything about the estrangement.

Nevertheless, it seems Sat is a bisexual free wheeler (we stan all homies here ;)
Looks like he's been in a relationship with several guys

Also, 'people aren't interested in me'. Choke. I'm sorry dude, I'm not buying that. I think Choke hasn't been dating because he wants to be with Sat

The director has developed a signature style–cool soundtrack, hot scenes and people who never seem to switch off the lights when they sleep—yup that's Director Cheewin alright ;)

The way I look at it, it's Pi who is responsible for his clothing. His undergarments (or the lack thereof) is his thing and not something his parents are supposed to be looking after
I don't know where you're coming from but that's my stance on this

As for the script, yes it does have plenty of holes and yes most of us do expect better scripts. I however judge on the basis of what I get and not on the basis of what I want to get (because then I'd be wishing for masterpieces like ITSAY all the time). I personally don't think that the director was a suitable choice for futs and some places could have been improved more.

Also why are you bringing in MGYG? These series don't seem to be related (in my knowledge). If you are comparing them then I understand that–i personally loved both these series (even though MGYG had a HUGE HOLE and futs also has holes) and I think the stories are too different to compare but the production value is same for both.

I don't think any of the South East Asian countries are big on dryers. I'm from India and here some houses don't 'believe' in using washing machines
It's not like Thailand doesn't have dryers, it's not as widespread as in the west. Tbh I haven't seen any of them even wash clothes XD

The only drama I remember where clothes were being washed was YYY and it had magical dryers ;)
Oh and they used a washing machine in Tonhon Chonlattee

I watched this up to episode 5 and I must say Tonhon is denser than diamond.

It's just like chips in chilli. It looks pickled but it isn't. They are empty calories but nothing more than our normal chips
