Both Twitter posts by the authors have been deleted by them. I am not here to trash either party because there is no way to understand what truly happened behind the scenes.

The tweets felt very impulsive to me—just a long tweet with no substantial information regarding what happened or how they were scammed off money . Kinnporsche has pulled through a lot in terms of filming and I hope the company, writers and cast get the dues they deserve.

Whatever warning the writers gave probably fell flat because in my opinion the tweets didn't attract much attention—not much of a frenzy exactly. Not to mention that they have been deleted now

I finished the original masterpiece today and I appreciate this even more now

I was debating between 9.5 and 10 but I can't find any hole I'd want to be fixed in this drama–it's a 10 for me

I am crying over the cast TT my man from sleuth of the King dynasty, the man from the ambiguous focus and kinematics theory and THE MAN FROM MODC ;-;

I keep rewatching the previous episodes ππ

Adachi and Haruta are the men who have redefined my idea of men in suits chiefly by proving how cute they can be >-<

I too was expecting Ryoji to be romantically detached from Katsuragi and in the beginning he was but the tables flipped a little too quickly. I might try the manga, would you say it is better than the movie?

If anybody is interested in trigger warnings, I listed it in my mdl review (link in the spoiler) and also my take on it. It was pretty good, the story could've been improved but time constraint is a thing I suppose (I put everything in the review XD)

I've been watching both the original and the hk Ossan's Love series and this is what I noticed. This adaptation is very faithful to the original, the chronology of events and the situations are really similar so why do I like this one a bit better?

Firstly, more paced out. For whatever reason, the original Ossan's Love had a time constraint of seven episode of forty minutes whereas this has double that of the original and one hour surplus.

Secondly, the Hong Kong version is like the original but that Japanese aesthetic is replaced by HK modern. Sakura's have become roses, the settings and places and activities have changed. Now it depends on who likes which one.

I still totally recommend watching both though, the original should at least be given a chance. They both shine in there no ways and despite having the same storyline, the differences are pretty distinct

I love how Tin keeps pulling the weirdest shit ever and people either pay it no mind or find it cute (as in the case of Sui Muk and KK)

Wait—i thought this had 20 episodes, were they cut off or something or have I been seeing it wrong all this time TT

Checking it out now, thanks :)

That ending dialogue of episode 1 (you know if you know ;) and Haruta's face—omfg the serious crack energy of this show

The Hong Kong adaptation is doing really well too

I came here to scream about that too XD

The acting is so ON POINT omg. I mean this is what I call perfect acting, I just can't—

The Tin-Tin is supposed to be gross XD

That's why I came here bruh...but I think I'll watch it anyway

I came here to check on it and it has 29 episodes now even though I'm pretty sure I checked a little less than two weeks ago when it had none XD I'm interested in it too
