Is this based on anything, a manga or a book? Because this sounds a lot like a turkish drama called Kiralık Aşk.…
it's not at all like Kiralik Ask, only the first part where he grabbed her and again it wasn't like in Kiralik Ask hehe, plus she wasn't sent in by his aunt. I liked the first episode.
oooo.. I have one even better....Was on my way to work, on the subway train, no place to sit so was standing.…
@Bluekitchen hahaha could also be, forgot that one.
Mind you, when I was at school, was 17 yrs, I was walking to the canteen with my friends and heard a voice saying "look, isn't this girl from (our hometown)?" And I look to see this guy who I knew just in passing and his name, and he'd never been in my class during the ages of 5-10 yrs. He then asked if I still lived there as he'd never seen me. My face ????? I don't even know how he knew me.
After that day, he'd be there waiting for me at the bus terminus in our home town and the capital city where we caught the bus to go to school, he'd save me a seat, he'd pop up in the canteen ... but at that age I was more focused on what I wanted to do with my life, even with mum given me the go ahead as he came from a family of construction business. Hehe.
Unlike k-dramas though, even though he remembered me from HIS childhood, we never met again after we left school.
OMG Nadia, that's hilarious! The guy forgot his cue. So much for chivalry, LOL.
hahaha exactly, and mind you, my friend is the stick reed one, even with 1 finger he could have grabbed her .... oooooh or maybe he's like those don't-touch-me-ocd-type until he finds he right girl ... lool
oooo.. I have one even better....Was on my way to work, on the subway train, no place to sit so was standing.…
@ azaz WOW!! oooooh he could have been a kdrama boyfriend *gasps* If this happened recently you will be seeing him EVERY-WHERE now, where you eat, where you go out, he might even end up being your boss at work haha
hahaha great post! I remember my friend once told me that she was standing up on the bus and this handsome guy in front of her, sudden bus brake, she slumped against him, instead of him grabbing her like in the dramas to stare into her eyes, he immediately side stepped and she went down TIMBEEER ..... hahaha
I really like Nicolas, he's super talented. He is super hilarious in A Chinese Tall Story, I got so crazy over…
It's a pity the majority don't have Eng subs as I prefer period costume dramas to modern ones :(
I think the last C-drama ones that I actually enjoyed were Story of Yanxi Palace (I so wanted to like the spin off but I only got excited when the character of Ying Luo was on screen) and The rise of Phoenixes, Chen Kun's acting had me glued to the screen, it was that good.
Why on Earth have you even bothered to post here when there's only a couple on the list your even halfway interested…
so you're saying that just because I dropped Secret Garden, and all those who dropped or gave it a poor score, we don't have good taste? I've seen over 400+ Asian dramas and hundreds more US/UK ones, I think I know what my taste in dramas is.
You're going to find hundreds of opinions on here, I don't think it's advisable to go around saying they have poor taste if you don't like their scores.
Example I loved Ashes of love and I've seen tons of comments bashing it, but sure as heck didn't go to them and say, "sorry you have poor taste in dramas, how can you post on here, I loved it, so should you!!!" You see how ridiculous it sounds.
Kindly scroll and look at the other comments, take off your bias on Secret Garden, and see that even others dropped or weren't interested in most of the dramas mentioned. So go comment on them too that they have poor taste, wonder what they'll say to it.

aww did you just create an account just to get this off your chest? Fill your list so we can all see what you're interested in instead of posting on other ppl's comments, so I can see if for me you're the one who has poor taste in dramas. And I feel so special that you only targeted me among all the similar comments on here. Did you watch these dramas? Which were your favourites? Do you have rich man/poor girl fave? Do enlighten me so maybe I can improve on my poor taste and difference of opinion :)
oh and welcome to MDL :)
oh and it is YOU'RE not YOUR, for two of them in your sentence. You're welcome :)
Fated to love you - 7 (yes, I'm guilty, wasn't a fan of Jang Hyuk at that time, I watched the Thai version You're my destiny which I gave a 7.5)
Secret garden - dropped
City hunter - have it saved on pc, still have to watch it
What's wrong with secretary Kim - 7 (watched it last week, I liked seeing the flashbacks, and up till they got together, once they did I just lost interest, nothing was happening)
I'm not a robot - 8 (really liked this one, adored the lab side kicks, hehe)
Misty - saw the first episodes, not interested, BUT this is NOT a drama for beginners!!
Strong woman Do Bong Soon - dropped twice
Chicago typewriter - not interested
Kill me, heal me - 7.5 (would have rated it higher as Ji Sung did a stellar job BUT all that yelling from Hwang Jung Eum ..... )
Goblin - 7 (so wanted to give it a higher rating, can't remember where it started to go downhill for me storywise)
Thats how I felt. I like the male lead, but the female lead is meh.
Same!! I'm laughing out loud at the male's antics and facial expressions, and that he grabs her by the palm of her hand and not the dreaded wrist grab is also a plus. But the FL, she has no respect for authority at the new work, no matter if she's in the right and she knows her boss. If I did that, I'd be immediately fired, esp on the first day!
Even her uniform, so he buttoned her up, like her workmate, and she unbuttoned it in defiance, and from the back, her shirt was not in her pants unlike her workmate's.
I forgot how old she's supposed to be, but for what she went thru, she's really immature in certain aspects.
It also hit on foreign soil, it was a Czech Truck of Doom in Are you human too.
lol there's also a video on youtube called K-drama crack The truck of doom if anyone wants to have a laugh.

I was going to mention the yummy Nicolas Tse who did the silent brooding type of hero quite well, and there he is :)

Feel my heart - The Rose from Catch the ghost
same song as you for Hotel del Luna
Purple rain - Bird and Wild road - Kim Jae Hee from My country The new age (but then I loved all of its music score)
