So far with only one season, this show is worthy to compete with Dr Romantic without taking anything from it.

My comment is based on its current season, not the future. I don’t know if there’ll be a season 2 or not. If it flops. Its first season will still be worthy.

No other medical kdrama could compete with Dr Romantic before this show.

I can’t believe he took Chen Ping Ping’s lover. I actually thought that she was the one who killed Ye Qing Mei looking at her hurt and shock about Fan Xian’s identity.

Was Fan Xian also scared of the emperor in the when he discovered that he is his father and a scary man?

I didn’t like how he got scared of him and took away his natural carefree character we are accustomed to.

How did they become friends.
How did Fan Xian become a member of the family? I remember what happened in season 1 but need the back story of how the emperor let his son stay with someone while he seems so territorial?

Does he trust his two friends or just using them?
Why is he hiding his martial art skills from everyone?

What does he use to know about everything?

Does he love his children?
