The reason people escaped from western perverted films and drama to kdramas or cdramas was because there weren’t enough people to rebuked such filth and trash.
Instead we became quiet and ran to the other side. But the perverted people kept thinking that’s what we want, now that influence is spreading again.
NEVER AGAIN SHALL WE KEEP SILENT.
Trash is trash. Porn is an unnecessary element to storytelling of historical dramas.
We will call out this Queen Woo trash so it doesn’t continue.
I have a feeling that editors of this show went back to the drawing to make changes after we complained about unnecessary pornography in the first.
I suspect they didn’t get the overwhelming satisfactory response they anticipated by the porn masquerading as a historical event they don’t know about.
So, I’m pretty sure the 2 part got re-edited to redeem themselves. Although I won’t watch it.
I do wish that my fave, JCW (the reason I watched) chooses better next time.
We will be bad fans and supporters if we don’t rebuke people from selling their souls for the sake of entertaining us.
Porn is filthy, and a destroyer of the soul.
I do hope that the rating gets lower as a lesson that, there are still some of us who won’t tolerate trash and filth.
These producers should choose a different field of work/genre, but not historical figures who fought wars to liberate people to be reduced by perverted producers to porn.
Aah there are those I guess. I’ve been more invested in costume ones about their history.
Others I watch when I want something light or as background while working.
I read comments by veteran cdrama watchers that the robotic ones are mainly by idols.
The ones I can’t watch too like the ones that are too magic like and have with white hair and so on..
Since I’m fairly new in cdrama land, I do ask for recommendations and explanations on their genres, and people I. The comments are kind enough to answer.
It took me sometime too, but I’m used to it now. And I really love the way they tell stories, with so much depth.
I started with the Story of Minglan. It wasn’t easy to get through the first few episodes but I kept wanting to see more.
It was a life changer for me. I felt like I was reading a book. The way they introduce characters and develop them is so interesting and different from what I’ve seen before.
Then you get practical life lessons and work strategies applicable is today’s world.
Please try it when you get a chance. There are many great options.

It’s a greatest for me. As well as Jumong, Empress Ki and the Lee Bang Won ones.
Lighter ones:
New life begins and Chef Hua.
In between: Story of minglan.
Peach blossom - I dropped in less than 5mins
