Ep 1-14 were 10/10 ... 15-30 were barely 6/10 ... it became so boring at some point. Lack of romance, so much…
agreed that ep 1-14 were 10/10!!! That's why my expection for this drama was very high. It looked very promising. How I wish they dragged out the high school plot a bit more.I really thought this was going to be my no2 favorite cdrama this year.
Suddenly it become a sport-slice of life drama. I mean, nothing wrong with those genres, but the way they just threw away the romance was so frustrating to watch. And its not just about being intimate with eo. But i feel like the main leads had less screentime together after the second half as they shifted the main focus on the shooting plot which became draggy and boring (although zyr look so hot when holding gun lol)
Like you said, there are other cdramas with same romance+sport+slice of life genres and very light romance but they were very well executed and well balanced.
But still, i love shen juan and lin yujing so much They are both a green flag. I love how healthy and mature their relationship is despite their young age and I enjoyed all their talks and conversations. I'm happy that they found comfort and happiness in each other.
it’s all over the place. one min he’s a jeweller, next he’s a sharpshooter. you think he’s poor at the…
For me, they have amazing chemistry even from the first episode. Although i can't deny the romance (skinship) kinda slow down a bit in the last few episodes (i think its because the director wanted to focus on ML story), but they still have chemistry and a mature and healthy relationship. And we still have 10 episodes to go so i have a very high hope that their romance will get better.
Shen Juan said, "I don't care what your reasons are, you are mine anyway, my things, my people will always be…
Unfortunately, it didn't happen in the drama 😂 the drama is quiet toned down compare to the novel. Confessions in the drama vs in the novel are very different
Just want to share Shen Juan's confession in the novel because its cute af!!!
Shen Juan said, "I don't care what your reasons are, you are mine anyway, my things, my people will always be mine." His eyes were dark, against the light, and she couldn't see his emotions clearly. Lin Yujing was stunned for a while, opened her mouth, but did not speak.
"I'll answer your question from last night now," Shen Juan leaned over and lowered his head "I like you very much, and I don't know what to do to make you feel more secure." He spoke very slowly, as if he was afraid that she would not be able to understand. He said word by word, "I didn't think about how long I would like you. didn't think about when it would start and when it would end. I just thought about the future with you."
"If you don't like me that much now, then you have to work hard, because you have no chance to regret it, and you have no chance to escape. You crashed in yourself."
"If one day you find that you don't like me anymore, I can allow you to leave for a while, and then I'll take you back, tie you up, and tie you up with me." Shen Juan leaned over, rubbed his forehead lightly on her forehead, his breath surrounded her, and whispered, "Lin Yujing, I won't let go."
