I saw a comment said that sang zhi is demsel in distress and i 100% disagree because she's far from that. She is very shelterd and act spoiled but only to her family and only when she was in highschool. But when around her friends, to Jiaxu.. she's fearless, empathic, mature for her age. She's not afraid to stand up for herself, for the man she love.
She's brave when she decided to stop her crush on DJX, never look back and just focus on her study She's brave when she stands up for DJX against JY (even before they become couple) She's brave when she defend DJX from her parents & SY Give her a chance. I know its probably not in the novel, but i just wish they show duan jiaxu and sang zhi's family hanging out together. He lost his parents too early. He was forced to grow up so fast on his own. He's been alone for too long. I just wish to see him getting love from sang zhi's parents. 🥺
