Nooo this drama is totally different. he really showed that he care and like her from the very beginning especially from ep 3 onward. He never act cold to her. He remembers all the small details about her. He's definitely into her more than she's into him. I mean, he already have plan to marry her. Maybe you can give it a second chance and see how it goes.

2. So far, no 2nd ML/FL. And both ML & FL are obviously smitten with each other and their chemistry is off the charts so there's no room for 2nd lead syndrome 😂

WAITTT i just watch ep 1 again and i just noticed that he recognized her in the taxi from the very beginning. Because her bracelet was totally visible when she was busy tying her hoodie and he saw it and you can see the shock in his face!! That's why he kept looking at her because he knew omgg my heartttt

My original plan was to watch 1-2 episodes only and wait til more episodes come out before resume watching.

I hereby announced that my plan has FAILED because they got me engage just from the first episode aaaaaaaaa. It's been a while since i watch cdrama without fast-forward or watch at 1.25/1.5 speed lol.

I saw comments said this is similar to YAMG and i agree. But in YAMG, both lead barely interact in school. And he never paid attention to her. But in this drama, I know he rejected her but it seemed like he also like her back in school. Remember all the tiny details about her *squeakssss. I hope it also be like YAMG where there's not too many unnecessary drama or side characters but just full of fluffy moments.

Its been awhile since i got too excited to watch a cdrama. Im putting a very high hope so please please don't disappoint me 🙏🏻

THIS! we are not hating on MM as a person, or her illness. But we don't see her contribution or the purpose her role in this drama apart from sticking next to RTZ like glue, and causing RTZ to become dumber than he already was...and unprofessional.

This whole 'he felt responsible', 'doctor taking care of his patient, and 'live together to treat her illness' is getting ridiculous. What exactly is her illness? How are they plan to treat her? Because so far, we didn't see her getting any treatment. How can we accept her without knowing anything about her?

The only good thing that i like about this series is... the debut of actor Lee Sang Heon

And honestly (and hopefully), im more excited to see Lee Sang Heon in korean dramas/movies. I don't know what his future plan is, and since xo kitty is an American/international series so he probably more comfortable building his career there,
but I hope he will build his career in korea too

At this point, i won't care about RTZ and MM (i never care about MM lol) anymore. I'm so freaking done. I literally skip all their scene today. You want to move out? Then go! Move out from the house and kindly move out from the drama too. Go live happily ever after with MM far away from here so we can just focus on TT & RZX only. Oh and ZLQ. I'm now more interested to see his character development than those two pointless people.

I'm never this irritated with any fictional characters before, but those 2...Geez. making my blood boil every day.

My love-hate relationship with this drama is really.... I just can't help but disagree with some of the storyline and the characters

I feel so bad for TT in the last 2 episode 🥺 she didn't deserve that. How can she made me cry just from that back shot 😭

So many angry comments here but its understandable because my heart is boiling too after watching ep 10. What RTZ did to STT was despicable and unacceptable, and he didn't even show any remorse or apologize to STT ughh!! How can he just sit there and act like nothing happened? I hate him so much. If its not because of Lusi, i would've dropped this drama already.
At first i tried to sympathize with him. Sometimes i feel bad for him for the way his father treat him. RXZ are quite harsh to him. But this time he's really going overboard.

Another thing, i seriously don't understand how MM is relevant in this drama. RTZ and MM relationship is so absurd. Doctor taking care of patient? What a joke! And why is everyone around them said nothing especially his parents???!

Aaaaaa thank you for this comment! I also dont know why i keep seeing bad comment about her because to me, she acted her character well. Maybe it wasn't top notch acting but it aslo wasn't as bad as people describe either.

2. I dislike the last 2 episodes especially episode 9. I hate everyone's reaction to the 'scandal'. Its not like they were caught doing something improper. I love when Dan said "what do you mean apologize? She and I did nothing wrong" i hate when idols apologize for being on love

And i dont understand why they suddenly make naruse the 'bad guy'. If it shows from the beginning that naruse does like dan and doesnt like seeing dan with asuka, then i can understand why he acted that way. But he's been supporting dan/asuka 'relationship' even from the start. So i dont get his character change.

3. Another thing that i find annoying. How they keep saying 'you didn't give 8LOOM 100%' whenever one of them do something individually but never affect the group activities in any way. If the member starts slacking off or paying less attention to 8LOOM because of their other ‘dream’, or if Dan liking Asuka made him lost his focus to 8LOOM, then it understandable if they get upset. But like i said, Eiji who wanted to pursue his study, Dan's feeling for Asuka...it didn't affect the group at all.

4. The ending wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. So the group went hiatus for 3 years because everyone is pursuing their 'other dream' except for Dan and Yuki? And Dan didn't contact Asuka in 3 years while being hiatus but went to find Asuka again when 8LOOM is finally active again?

I don't know.. I feel like they could've done a better plot for the ending..

No i am not obsessed with this drama. I only watch it 10x in just 2 weeks.

I was quite skeptical at first to watch this drama because i read that it was highly criticize especially in japan. But thank God its on Netflix so it gives me a 'push' to watch this and im glad i did!

1. Before i started, i went through the comment section + twitter and saw a lot of critics on Tsubasa Honda acting so it affected me and i became a bit judgy and annoyed at her at the beginning. But surprisingly, after a few episode i don't think she is THAT bad. In fact, i like a lot of her scenes. Yes some of her smiles and laughs seems too forced and made her look silly, but i don't think its a bad acting, but that is just Asuka's character. Someone who laugh when they are nervous or when they are hurt. It may look silly to some people but that's just the way she cope and handle her emotions. So to me, she carried her character very well.

But despite all that i still love this drama. I can't believe they are just a fictional, temporary boyband because they are as good as a real one. Every one is really skilled in singing and dancing despite some of them actually have no background in sing/dance including the ML Takahashi Fumiya (i learned this from translating comments on yt and tt so my information might be wrong lol. Too bad no one is translating 8LOOM content on yt because I really want to know the story behind their auditioning/casting story etc. Yt auto translate doesn't help at all pfft)

And he also slayed this tsundere role ughh I NEED MORE TSUNDERE TAKAHASHI FUMIYA PLEASE. I actually dislike him at first because he talk harshly. But he quickly became my favorite. I love his acting and all his micro expressions and especially his CROOKED SMILE. I don't know if anybody notice this but he always does this thing when his smile crooked from left to right (eg Ep7, min 34:45) Cutest thing ever!!

I also saw a comment said that he resembles late Haruma Miura and I AGREE😭! (I miss you Haruma❤️) I also think Fumi kinda reminds me Takeru Satoh too especially when he pouts when he talk or when he frowns.

AND CAN WE TALK ABOUT THE OST!!! All 5 OST are AMAZING I can't stop listening to them. Can't believe they made 5 original bops for this drama including choreography for each song?! And i love whenever they are performing in the drama, we can hear their live vocals instead lipsyncing to the ost. love love love it!!!

Yes this drama isn't perfect but overall its an enjoyment experience for me and i don't regret watching this at all ❤️❤️❤️

Wholeheartedly agree with this. Forcing his feeling to the FL, dragging her, act irresponsibly as a King's bodyguard... He's getting in my nerves. It's hard to sympathize with him

The last few episodes were so intense. Cant help to cry every time HCF cry 😭 and im so proud of BWJ acting

Now just need to wait for all the episode to be subbed
