Im enjoying this drama so muchhh! It's very unique. The vibe is really different from any cdramas that i have watched before. Mysterious, intriguing, refreshing. Its hard to stop. Even the fl lead is not the typical fl lead. And the ost and songs they use in this drama are all so good!

Tbh i feel the same. Its sad that they "killed" jsm and buyeon's character like that. I think i would've been better if jsm is still in the part 2 as buyeon. (Or will it be more confusing?? Hm idk😭) But im still going to watch p2 because i love both ljw and jang uk. And i love this whole dark, angst vibe. Jang uk is so handsome in dark colored attire and new hair style 😍 But like you said, it doesn't feel the same and that makes me sad
This drama is very unique and different from any other historical cdrama. It's LIGHT. Not many heavy stuffs like war or revenge etc. Only had a few bad guys but the problems between them didn't last too long and resolved quiet quickly. WARM-HEARTED. The bond between the girls are so precious 😭 i actually expect one of them to turn bad but no. They help and support each other a lot. FUNNY. Especially scenes between the 3rd prince and his ladies 🤣🤣🤣 lol i can't stop laughing when they whisper to each other through their mind. SWEET. The romance between the ml & fl happened pretty quickly. I'm glad that his 1st marriage didn't effect or bring problems to their relationship. Their chemistry is insane. BJT and TXW carried their roles perfectly. Everyone had a fair share of screentime including the support roles. Each of them is important and not left behind.

Tbh, i hesitated a lot before watching this drama. I purposely wait until it finish so i can binge watch to save myself from the suffering to wait a week for new episodes. But after the final episode, it seems like a lot of people are disappointed with the ending. So i decided to drop it after ep2 because ive had enough with kdrama's crappy ending (YES 2521 IM TALKING ABOUT YOU 👀) I hesitated a lot but i miss Jongsuk 😭 i have been rewatching his other dramas this past few days. So I finally decided to pick it up again because apart from what happen to mido and "rush ending" (that's what i read) i know nothing else or who BM is. And I read that, minus the ending, the drama is actually good so im going to continue watching. And now that i know a little bit what to expect for the final ep, I don't think i would be too disappointed.
Lastly, im glad that LJS pick this drama for his comeback. I love him but i know he was a bit weak in action scenes, but he improved a lot. PCH is so cool 😍

Not an unpopular opinion. I think most of us feel the same. I'm sad that its a short drama and Ha Min and So Mang had so little screentime when their story and chemistry shine the most. I wouldn't mind if they drag HM & SM's story into a normal full length 16episodes drama just so i can 'enjoy' the slow burn & angst. I lost count how many times I've repeated their scenes 😭
I'm not saying it's perfect. It did has flaws in some parts especially the last few episodes felt rushed and choppy, but still... This drama deserves a 10.
Usually, for me, historical drama can get quite boring at some point but for LLTG i enjoyed every moment of the drama. Never once did i feel bored.
My most most most favorite part of the drama is Wei Wu Xian & Yilin. Every scene of them together is so so precious.…
Its really sad that she died because i was really hoping to see them being happy until the end 😭😭😭 And I love despite everything that happened, she never blamed or hate Xian but love him until her last breath. Thank you yanli for always make Wei Wu Xing smile and happy ❤️
